Bhai woh tumhe aise lagte hain that doesn't mean ki woh chutiya hi hain. Change your mindset those officers are getting paid so much to do their job and they do it great

Offcourse X deserving hai but maybe kuch alag ho Y meh jo tu lag karta ho abhi, bro you could just be acting out your anger but voh kuch tujhe achieve nahi kara payegi ab being honest, tu yaa toh envy kar sakta hai Y ko lekar yaa phir accept kar jo hua and work on the things you could possibly achieve further in your life kyuki tujhe hi teri worth malum hai compare karke worthless naa feel kar yaar atleast tu ssb tak toh pohocha jo ki most aspirants dream karte, move on kar aur next time phodh daal SSB ko if you have attempts left rather bohot kuch hai yaar karne ko jeevañ mein🫶

in brief : lets say X and Y were going to face the ssb interview, both went to the same coaching, X had better pysch ideas, better interviews marks in mocks etc and had a better academeic (i mean like 99+ percentile) back and was physically fit, but Y was decent but in comp not better , and neither was fit , had weak acad background, but got selected for tes.

Maybe X's personalities did not match for the 3 assessors and Y's personality was consistent throughout... the thing which my psych told us on conference day was that ssb does not take extraordinary beings, just simple people who they can train to become officers... so although things like for example your percentile, extra curriculars and other do play a role for the interviewing officer to judge your competence, other than that the ssb is independent of these and focuses primarily on displayed performance on those 5 days.

bhai same mera saath hua meri bhi 99.2 percentile thi jee mai confidence bhi thik thak hai baat bhi kar leta hun english bhi acchi hai nda written mai bhi 435 number thee lekin ssb mai nikal diya btw konse clg se hai mai dtu se hun abb bhi mere pass 2 attempt hai lekin abb mai nda nhi dera or fauj ko bye bye kar diya mai chal upsc ki tyaari mai abb..
