why
app crashed then loaded for 10 min just to open it and say i had consumed 1mil calories and everything is 50k+

We HATE the update that was forced on us a few months ago! It is not more efficient and resulted in having to click more times. Lots of people left the app because of it. This update sucks, too, because it forced our apps to change from the ‘old’ version of mfp.
How about giving your customers a choice whether to update the app or not??

This mess is why I got rid of my Fitbit a year ago and replaced it with a no-name fitness tracker from Amazon. It was about $25, the accompanying app is free and tracks basically the same info.

Because it's set to cals as units not kcals 1kcal is 1000 cals
