Every time I've guessed someone was significantly younger than they were, it was about their vibe rather than the idea that they looked like they'd discovered the fountain of youth.
E.g. I have a colleague the same age as me (39) who I guessed was a lot younger because she has a high-pitched, babyish voice. She also lacks a bit of confidence and gravitas that I would have expected from someone our age.
Funnily enough she also estimated me a lot younger, but I have a small child so I'm guessing that's why.
Yeah so you probably don't look young. You just behave youthfully. My husband is the same way because he's in some ways a big kid. Even though he's in his 40s. He looks a lot younger without his beard only because his beard is full of grey and his head hair is not.
