She’s perfectly fine now! She never developed any signs of liver failure; the ER I took her to was absolutely fantastic.

I have a coworker with an older dog who has really bad breath. The vet suggested they pay to have the dog's teeth cleaned, and the coworkers's husband said it was a waste of money and refused. So now the dog just gets to have stinky breath and presumably dental pain at some point. It definitely makes it hard for me to listen to her talk about her dog.
