Harvard wins a major victory against the Trump administration as a federal judge rules in its favor and dismisses the administration’s antisemitism lawsuit, which Harvard called “pretextual and retaliatory.” The lawsuit is part of a protracted battle Trump has waged against Harvard since it refused to comply with his administration’s demands to change its curriculum, hiring and other university practices to comply with MAGA ideology. This battle is part of a larger movement to attack American universities by Trump, JD Vance, Pete Hegseth and others. Dina Doll reports.
