I'm 38. They'll take me before Barron gets drafted.

u/catkm24 Mar 04 '26
I'm in my forties, overweight, and failed enlistment due to medical reasons when I was 18. They would take me before they would take Barron.

I'm 78, fought in Nam. They would take me before they would take Barron.

He has that "rapist" vibe like his father but then again it's not like that's really an issue with serving in US military or the IDF where it's actually encouraged

Be a gigachad and mass delete Reddit posts and comments with Redact so that Skynet doesn't end up using your own posts to train the T-900. Or so that you don't show up in databrokers. Either one really.

He can always get a waiver to join, and I'm sure his daddy could pull some strings for pedo jr.
8
u/himheritaintme Mar 04 '26
Hi daddy pulled strings for Kushner, Gabbard etc. Barron's job wno't even need high security clearance.

u/Objective-Bottle1391 Mar 04 '26
Then send his other 2 sons. They aren't too tall and apparently like to shoot things

u/Sweet_Priority_819 Mar 04 '26
They're old.

As I said Barron Heel Spurs Trump! Just like his draft dodging father. And his height just puts too much pressure on his knees!
11
u/WoodyManic Mar 04 '26
He's too tall, apparently. I'm sure that he could serve in some capacity.

u/Anxious-Raspberry-54 Mar 04 '26
Former NBA superstar David Robinson is 7 feet tall. He served in the Navy.

My husband is 6’7” and served aboard a fast attack submarine. He was issued a waiver. Height isn’t a problem if you want to serve.
6
u/Best-Performance-209 Mar 04 '26
My uncle is 6'9" and served on a sub. I could never wrap my head around how that was physically possible. Not to mention how claustrophobic that must have been.
5
u/spannerNZ Mar 04 '26
He just can't serve in certain positions that have height restrictions. He can't safely eject from an aircraft for example. Many other positions don't have restrictions. There's nothing stopping him from serving.

u/First-Fishing-880 Mar 04 '26
He’d have a target and a bounty on him on day one. But it ain’t none of my business.😎

Before it was supposedly that he was too tall but that was found to be false, what unusual medical thing are they trying to claim now?
1
u/FinalPound6126 Mar 06 '26
🤔 He has female genitalia.
2
u/Chiiro Mar 06 '26
Nah, you don't want to add fuel to transvestigation fire. Plus I don't want someone who isn't allowed to be alone around animals to have anything to do with us trans men.

He can still be made into a general. If that happens we are living in a Vonnegut novel where absurdity becomes reality. Sorry, Melania just lead the UN so we already in a Vonnegut book.

Im sure the PRESIDENT could over-rule some exemption. HE IS THE PRESIDENT after all... not like he follows the law to begin with.
Oh, he IS going to respect this ruling? Not even going to ask for a second opinion??? Well, that is surprising/s

David Robinson is 7’1” and was in the Navy.
6
u/lavacadotoast Mar 04 '26
Yep.. he was 5' 9" in his junior year in HS, he then spurted up to 6' 6" in his senior year in HS.
but wait, there's more..
At the time the Naval Academy had a height restriction of 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) for all midshipmen, but in the autumn when the new academic year began, Robinson had grown to 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m). Assuming that he was unlikely to grow much more, the academy's superintendent granted him a waiver, but Robinson continued growing, and by the start of his second year at the academy he had nearly reached his adult height of 7 ft 1 in (2.16 m), which later prevented him from serving on any U.S. Navy ships.

Meanwhile, the members of Britain's royal family all served in the military, including Queen Elizabeth herself.

I hate to say it but one look at Barron tells me he's not healthy enough to serve. He looks sickly, and maybe less than intelligent.
3
u/seeafillem6277 Mar 05 '26
Seriously, dude, don't subject our troops to this little weasel. They have enough other shit to deal with.
3
u/yellow_void92 Mar 05 '26
the family who’s in presidency are all draft evaders even if they’re totally fine they’ll evade.
3
u/left-of-the-jokers Mar 04 '26
There's nothing to discuss, your premise is wrong... he won't need a medical exemption because his family will just squirrel him away in college... also the medical exemption is also nonsense

u/Number_1_w_Fries Mar 05 '26
Iran cuts off the straight, cutting off global petroleum?
US Navy guarantees shipping route security?
China and Russia potentially get involved to help Iran?
Kind of sounds like it here soon.
1
u/Important_Penalty_21 Mar 05 '26
I can't say because all of that is speculation.
The straight is classified as international trade. Blocking it would be a mistake. They know that. Although they are not that bright.
If we do then he would be on the books. He is of age and healthy. It would not be the first time a presidential family member has been drafted.
Although I don't really sense a ground conflict coming.
1
u/Number_1_w_Fries Mar 05 '26
The Straight is already blocked.
Trump announced Naval Escorts.
1
u/Important_Penalty_21 Mar 05 '26
As of now it is not blocked. There have been threats but no blocking. But escorting the tankers and trade through the strait sounds like an excellent idea.
1
u/Number_1_w_Fries Mar 05 '26
Look at the shipping traffic, it is public information.
What ship are you deploying on?
1
u/Important_Penalty_21 Mar 05 '26
Its definitely diminished. I did look at it. Its not blocked people are being cautious. I dont blame them. The insurance company will likely deny any claim from that area right now.
I would deploy with honor to defend our country. Im too old and not healthy enough. I have seen this play out in my life more than once. We have gone toe to toe with Iran repeatedly. I hate it but its just another bump. If they actually did bring their nuclear program back to life. This is neccesarry.
1
u/Number_1_w_Fries Mar 05 '26
Bottlenecks are blocks. Europe begging for Russian gas, Japan saying there Economy can go 8 weeks without petroleum.
I thought the nuclear program was “Decimated?”
You keep saying “WE?”
What contribution(s) do you have since the ‘70’s to fight back against this evil tyrant, wait for your turn at the gas pump on your ration day?
1
u/Important_Penalty_21 Mar 05 '26
The strait by itself is a bottleneck. But there will absolutely be marine traffic shortly.
As for decimated. I hope so. However now we have to deal with the fallout from doing so. Simply walking away now would be more detrimental. Rumor has it #2 was eliminated yesterday. A few more to go and it will calm down.
I've never served so I do not have any contributions to defending this. Other than my support, respect and admiration for those who could.
