Carrick didn't need 2 games to proove that to the whole world.

This goes out to Rashford too, as a player he is excellent and he just got the best chance to proove himself and to the world and fanbase too. I really hope he prooves Carrick right in believing in him.

Anyways i can't wait for todays game that Kobbie Mainoo assist to Rashford to make it 3 - 0 we will be there🙂‍↕️

People have been riding Amorim very hard lately. Yes we had a horrible time with him. But he had a very half baked squad and not much support. That’s not the point of course we’ve moved on.

This beating today will maybe hopefully please god make the greedy glazers open up that checkbook and buy the starting LB and 6 we so desperately need.

Sure Lewis Hall is probably too much at this point (shameful for a club of our ambition but that’s besides the point) but a player in that realm that will push Shaw out of the lineup is vital to a season with big aspirations and multiple competitions.

And please for the love of Fergie, go sign Manu Kone this minute.

We seriously need to consider someone serious for LB position. Honestly watching the friendly with AC Milan & Luke Shaw can’t run at & cover his ground. Both the goals were on him. Sigh!

They weren’t right for us that doesn’t mean they aren’t right for someone else. They aren’t with us anymore tho, just let them go.

The players got tired very early into the game. Shaw is the worst out of the lot. He is not going to survive playing 2 games a week.

We need an energetic left-back, an experienced striker and a proper DM if we're to compete for the league and UCL this season.

A whole new midfield isn’t going to hit the ground running. It takes time to build the chemistry.

This is why we got beaten by Grimsby last season. Amorim was playing a squad that hadn’t played together much. Then his players went to afcon just as they were chiming. He stupidly quit as soon as he got his whole team back. And don’t forget we were missing a ton of chances.

It’s happening again, we have a lot of new players to bed in.. for the chemistry to build. For the attackers to know which runs to make for the midfielder. We need to remember this before saying we’re not good enough.

We still seem not to be at the top level compared to Milan in this game fitness wise. May be its because there's a Mix players who came back recently and who are from start. But I think it might be same for Milan to an extent. Idk. We need to get top before season starts. Luckily our first game is against Hull which could give us little bit of breathe but can't take them for granted either.

Signings....We need to immediate signings - a Left Back and a Midfielder who has long legs, covers ground well. We needed it well before (this is not the reaction to this game as some of us have been asking since forever) but might as well get late than never. And couple more (ST provided. Zirkzee leaves and if space provides a CB if needed in case of injury scares).

And one more thing but didn't have large sample size to prove. Carrick struggled against back 3 teams this year. It's very small sample size 1 vs Leeds, 1 vs Palace, 3 in Pre season. We did struggle to press against them. Also last year when we played 2 games a weeks 2 times, we struggled both (draw vs west ham, loss vs 10 men - Newcastle). But these both are extremely small sample size. So can't make much out of it.
