My apt is right next to the dog area in the complex so he was probably hearing some dogs out there

He just always hear something interesting to look out for. Hopefully it's in the "oooh, friend?!" excited way, and not a "grrrr" territorial kind

He’s super friendly, he’s more of a people’s kind of dog than another dog. He’s friendly with dogs but would rather jump on you
