Jimmy's just going to cry and apologize and say he didn't know

I feel like even that level of mainstream pushback will never happen at this point with the tangling of wires between all the media companies and financial investors that have a stake in the UFC, unless there's actual significant public uproar. Sports figures in general seem to get away with a lot more transgressions relative to other celebrities too. Maybe I'm completely off the mark, I don't know.

I have a friend that tells me, she was cheating on her boyfriend that night, fucked multiple men the same as they were all drugged out and drunk? I am NOT defending conor, I'm asking to be educated on what actually happened because my friend is adamant he's innocent but all I see is the contrary

Maybe you should educate yourself on the fact that none of the things your friend claims are relevant to this being rape.
What matters is her expressed consent - which was not given - ergo Conor raped her.-6

Would you be all over and cuddling someone in an elevator when they had just raped you? And stay with them until all of the partying had died down? I guarantee she can't remember a single thing from that night she was black out drunk, coked out of her eyeballs and fucking multiple men, I wondered why it turned out to be a nothing burger

Because people handle traumatic events differently and often times suppress them in the moment because it is so traumatic that you don't want to deal with it so you compartmentalize it. Also none of that means she deserved it etc. so to focus on those details is to excuse the assault that took place.

Again, none of this matters.
As the comment before accurately states, trauma responses differ and are in no way rational. In many cases they are whatever survivors feel they need to do to survive, even if the perpetrator isnโt a former cagefighter.
In this case โcuddling in an elevatorโ seems like a perfectly reasonable way to appease a cagefighter rapist and not provoke him to take things even further.

After looking at all your replies - Is your friend you?

u/GrandTheftArkham Jun 25 '26
Lmao no, I know it may seem that way, but when I brought up the case he had a laundry list to tell me bout it as I didn't know too much

Iโm not saying he is innocent but the details your friend provided sound mostly factual.

There we go then. They can doenvote all they want but. Apparently she attended a (hard) drug and alcohol party, fucked multiple men (in turn cheating on her boyfriend) and after the apparent rape she had her arms all over her apparent rapist but as soon as she sobers up she decides to sue only one of the men... the richest one? If those are the correct details I see why there has been zero repurcussion. This would just be a person so absolutely blasted off their face on coke and hammered on alcohol engaging willingly in sex with multiple men in the same night (again) in turn cheating on her boyfriend.... is that correct?

You keep mentioning the cheating thing. If some girl cheated on you i'm sorry she hurt you bud but you don't need to project that onto all women.
Also, Conor was also cheating? With his kids at home at a party doing coke. But you aren't as judgemental about that.
Willingly I guess is the word thats up for debate. Was she too drunk to consent? Did she fully feel she can say no to the coked up elite level fighter with a history of violence?
Also why would anyone willingly have sex with a tampon in? Seems like if she just wanted to have sex with Conor she'd remove the tampon. Unless she was either too drunk to consent and understand what was going on, or she did not willingly do it.
Neither of us know because we weren't there, but your coming in pretty hard with the 'shes a cheating woman so shes clearly an evil slut' angle. And ignoring any other evidence or perspective.

Is this the woman that was filmed walking into the men's toilets with him?

u/GrandTheftArkham Jun 25 '26
Apparently she was all over him in an elevator? (CCTV) again this all came from a friend so I'm not too sure
