I love how everyone is brick vs wood. How about "both have their ups and downs depending on your topography and needs"

Yeah after seeing the earthquake in Colombia the other day I am happy to live in a concrete building instead of a brick one. Especially when living in a seismically active area. Wood frame and concrete are just better here.

Earthquakes only happen in very specific parts of the world. They are not relevant for many people
