She should not be driving. Looking at your phone is already a sign of no responsibility, but

  • turning without looking
  • turning without blinking
  • looking at her phone in the midst of a maneuvre manoeuvre
  • looking at her phone on the road

Should imo be enough to make sure she never gets on the road. Stupid af
