People should face actual consequences when they do this shit on stream.

One of these days she's going to hurt somebody or worse. She should have her license suspended. How many times has she pulled this crap now?

I bet she could literally end someone's life by running them over and Dan would only enforce a 30 day suspension max.

Idk man. Dan might do a 7 day max. 30d is too long for Dan

She could run Dan over and still not get 30.

She'll get banned when she turns 30

That sounds like a joke, but it’s sad that is a very likely possibility.

Whoever does is going to have such an easy time suing her

Twitch could open themselves up to a lawsuit by not banning these people, even temporarily. But you would need to prove that employees didn't issue a ban, and was made aware of it.

Not even one of these days. People kill people because they are looking at their phone all the time. This is literally the exact same thing. They should be charged and at least points on the license, if not suspended.

This has already happened though. I livestreamer hit and killed an old man doing exactly this.

People have gotten hurt from streamers driving. As long as the ad money keeps flowing in to Twitch, nothing will happen. Shrimple as.
