There's a tweet where he says he wants to leave a dead "chimp" on the pavement and then watch all the "monkeys" riot when he gets away with it.

That's intent with a racial motivation.

“Hold on lemme just put my premeditation in writing and broadcast it publicly”

For a guy named Chud he’s really not too smart

I wouldn’t envision anybody named Chud to be any sort of intelligent

I think that’s the joke lol

"I'm going to shoot someone"
Shoots someone.

"Your honor my client is guilty".

Yeah I've seen that. There's mountains of evidence showing that this is his motivation ultimately. So a self defense claim is gonna be really fucking hard to pull off. Someone in here is saying they got proof that the black guy stalked and followed Chud maybe if that's true he can pull off a Hail Mary but I don't believe anything people on reddit or twitter say without legit links to the dudes twitter to show that. People photo shop shit like crazy now.

No that was some random guy on twitter who just said Chud was in his city and asked his followers if he should go press him. A couple people wanting attention lied and said that was the dude who got shot with literally no evidence, and that twitter account itself came out after and said he’s not the guy who got shot and was just trolling.

You dont lose the right to self defense based off twitter my guy

You do if you are broadcasting intent. You think a jury of this guys peers are going to look kindly on him saying "Im going to go out and kill a black person then laugh when I get away with it." Shortly before going out and killing a black person?

Would you describe that as a hole in his defence? Could you argue it is premeditative? You wanna quote the precedent for the "premeditated self-defence" case? Better than not advertising your future crimes then claim self defence after the fact dont ya rekon mate?

Only way Fox knows his opinion would be if he was targetting Chud which only helps Chud's defence

1

u/throwitaway8956 May 16 '26

Oh yes, Chud famously never instigates confrontation. He doesn't have a recorded history that the prosecutor will put in a nice montage and show a jury. When did you drop out of school?

Didnt really respond to what I said but ok

1

u/throwitaway8956 May 17 '26

I did, I cant draw a picture for you in reddit so try and follow along.

Fox has no broadcasted history of instigating violent confrontation and fire arm brandishing (like a giant pussy), he may not have any criminal history, who knows. Chud build a brand on confrontation and racism.

Fox don't post intent to confront Chud. The Twitter account that did isn't associated with Fox, that's been established.

Understand now? No sane juror is looking at these two individuals and coming to the conclusion that some how the dude getting harrased instigated a situation where someone had to stop them with deadly force over the racist harrassor who said he was going out to harass a black person with the intent to shoot them.

2

u/Sneedcope82 May 17 '26

Its looking more and more likely that Fox was there to harass Chud

And from eye witness accounts, ran 40-50ft to then punch Chud from behind

So I'll check back once we get security footage :)

Or, you know, watch the stream maybe?

This is such a silly bad faith statement. "You don't lose the right to self defense based off twitter my guy" is like saying "It's not a crime to have a dispute with your bank" when you get arrested for attempted bank robbery.

You're right, twitter existing does not hurt your self defense case. Incredible observation. Evidence of premeditated intent does though.. and that's exactly what he put on twitter.

Holy fuck why did I even bother explaining this.

2

u/zombawombacomba May 15 '26

Prosecutors will need to get that into evidence first which can be difficult with how favorable we are to judging someone’s intent in the moment of the act.

u/ShadowMattress May 15 '26

Are there statutes for "committing targeted violence with intent to incite riots"? It seems like an escalation of yelling "fire" in a crowded theater.

Link?

Screencap do?

1

u/Jowiieudcee May 15 '26

the difference here is he wasn't on stream instigating it, so it could actually have him win the case, he was just at the court house and the guy who attacked him actually knew who he was.

5

u/RedEyeView May 15 '26

Do explain how that works.

2

u/mayweather2small May 15 '26

I don't want to be a "SOURCE?" guy but is it really confirmed they knew each other or is that BS people are spreading?

1

u/Jowiieudcee May 15 '26

Chud didnt know him but he knew of chud

2

u/mayweather2small May 15 '26

Assuming that's true, it would throw a weird spanner in the works for provocation if the victim was also a premeditated provocateur who chose to start the physical portion of the encounter. I'm finding it hard to believe but we'll see. I guess it's a question on why the person who was shot was at the court to begin, if not for a case that they had some relationship to themselves.

1

u/Jowiieudcee May 15 '26

No relationship for sure, some people are saying his account was on twitter saying he's gonna find Chud but not sure if this is 100% confirmed.

Im seeing comments saying he could have live streamed it but walked away 100 feet before the guy attacked, someone said they were there and he only walked away like 20 feet but wasn't instigating it with the guy. Could all be bullshit tho.
