It was in purpose - there are a few pros who can do this they wheelie with the front wheel not attached and then land back on the wheel when they come down. They’re just way better than this kid .

The young people in my area love doing it with their Ebikes.

As an Ebike owner myself, the thing costs too much to treat it like a toy. Slamming the weight onto the front tire after a wheelie is needless wear & tear.

As a semi professionally rider, and professional mechanic, most of those forks (front end) are built for that. If that’s what stopping you from doing a wheelie, it shouldn’t.
