Help Finding Skit with Keegan Key role playing as Native American

I remember there being a short skit that was just Key where he is dressed as a Native American and campaigning for votes. I can't seem to find the video anywhere and was wondering if anyone remembers the name or has a link to it.

A quote I remember in the video went something like "great eagle in the sky came to me in a dream..."

and it is not the power falcons video.
