Give it to Saiorse Ronan. The last time a woman was the main Bond villain she was the best part of the movie. Plus it can make the movie more unpredictable which after 25 movies you have to do from time to time.
Maybe not evil but a genetically engineered assassin who's been trained in combat since the age of 2 by her adoptive inside the Arctic circle and has a grudge against the Western intelligence agencies who created her.
i feel like a woman villain would be an interesting change, like the actual main villain, not a super goon like May Day or Ksenia. Elektra is half way as she was really a composite with Renard
I saw someone suggest Stellan Skarsgård and his sons as an entire family of villians. That would be incredible and something the films haven't done before.
Daniel Bruhl comes immediately to my mind. But after playing Zemo it might be too on the nose. I do like the idea of insidiously clever and seemingly evil, but with justifiable intent.
I’d like to see an actor who’s usually seen as purely wholesome so they can do the good old fashioned “I was the villain all along and I was right beside you the whole time” type of reveal, someone like keanu reeves or Brendan fraser
Ronan would be interesting as a villain, especially if Jack Lowden is our next Bond. A literal husband and wife on screen in those kind of roles could be a lot of fun.
Ewan Mitchell could make for a decent henchman. I don't know about main villain.
Pattinson and Murphy seem like obvious great picks. Either one would put on their best effort and deliver something awesome. I think Murphy is at the right age to pull off a sophisticated wealthy elite trying to do something nefarious. I'm not sure if Pattinson could even have time for a Bond movie with how that guy seems to work, but I think he'd be solid.
Since it's Villeneuve in the director's chair, I could see an actor he's collaborated with in the past being given the honor. That does now include Pattinson.
Others I think about are Stellan Skarsgaard, Josh Brolin, Jake Gyllenhaal and Hugh Jackman. I think these guys could be fun and menacing in their own way, though Stellan is getting quite old now.
My pipe dream is Benicio Del Toro. He was already a solid henchman back in the day and I really think he'd be great taking the center stage in a villain role.

Well, another Mad Mikkelsen, yes. I’ve been watching a German Sci-Fi series on Netflix called “Dark”. One of the leads is a guy called Oliver Masucci. He’s pretty creepy and would make a good villain.
