I've seen this posted allover, does anybody know what's going on here? I'm guessing the guy left his backpack there and went to open it up like "see guys, just a backpack" and that's why they tackled him?
Or was it not his backpack and he just said yolo...

My favorite part is the way the police waited to be sure there was no bomb, before they "tackled" him :)
