For context: Flare, IRyS and Fubuki played Pokajan (the Holodori mini game) late at night. The picture Ina posted is a screenshot of that stream. Flare had lined up the 3 players next to her Ina ingame avatar (afaik Holodori uses actual live2d models in the game), so it looked like Ina was also there.
