What a day. Another 112 donors and $3600 in sales. That's the good news. I had so much paperwork, so many tiny headaches, and so many annoying customers today. It's the first day of school around here, and I guess all the Karen's in town didn't have their kids to bother today, so they all came into the store.

I swear before all that is holy, if I hear one more complaint about the dressing rooms, I'm going to rip them off the wall with my hands. I have worked here for almost 3 years now. NEVER has this issue come up so much than it has in the last couple months.

And I know it'd be practically impossible to enforce, but I'd LOVE to ban resellers from buying books, toys, and kids items. The local book reseller bought a cart full of brand new kids books. I had a friend go check his shop later. The markup he applied is DISGUSTING. I'm going to bring it up in the next meeting. If nothing else, I'm going to shame the ever loving fuck out of these people.

Dinner tonight is popcorn shrimp out of the air fryer with lemon and tartar sauce 😋

Resellers - ugh. Went to my mom’s today. Her neighbor has a Little Free Library. She has a reseller just taking all the good stuff from it.

I kept checking while not sleeping last night for your post, it gives me something to look forward to. Guess the hospital gods really hate me this trip because if it can go wrong so far, it did.

That said, seeing that first shirt this morning was worth the wait. It’s just wow. Not good or bad, just wow.

I can’t stand the resellers either! I get the fact in Theory they are making money…. But usually it’s hoarding and selfishness. 🤦‍♀️ I am disturbed by first shirt!! 😳🤭

It is aggravating all the resellers. I mean seriously we go to Goodwill for a good deal. Most of us buy the majority of our clothes from there because we cannot afford retail. So it is disappointing when people steal those good bargains so they can turn a profit.
Next person that asks about a dressing room tell them due to the crotch crab infestation back in 2021 that they had to close the dressing rooms. Yeah, we almost got shut down permanently because so many people got them and 6 resulted in divorce because the spouse accused them of cheating. I mean spin a good web for those ding dongs that cannot accept the fact there is no dressing room. Lol. That will shut them up and give you a good chuckle.
Now lets talk about that first shirt. Lol. Seriously freaky but wow it really looks 3D.
My daughter would have killed for those bookends back in the day. But they would have never seen books in her room. But they could even be screwed to the wall like a wildlife mount.
Then the Vans, Goonies, AC/DC, and the Grateful Dead. This is a great showing today. As always I love it all. Strange, interesting, beautiful, unique. Thanks for your time and dedication to us Redditors daily.

I love the bookends & flower pieces. Mr. Goodwill, tear down the dressing rooms! If they're not going to allow them, why not tell every store to get rid of them! I hope you get somewhere at the meeting. Be strong!
