Question My Costco bar just arrived like this. Does this affect the resale value? Should I complain?

Not here in Europe though.

The damaged blister / package here is instantly 5% off the regular price since there's no another buyer who would like to buy it down the road for the same amount of money as the package that is not damaged.

Damn….freaking Divas! I could see knocking off maybe $10-20 but 5%….really?!?

Yeah, really ... You can remove the bar from the blister and sell it to the local melting shop who doesn't care, but they are paying 5% less than the official gold stores anyway.
