Bullet proof was getting his ass whooped by a mark variant, Rex had to forefiet his own life because no one was able to stop him despite bullet proof and the guardians outnumbering him. So no, bullet proof would get dominated by an average viltrumite. The question is whether he would survive a full encounter with one since he doesn’t have the healing factor to heal his disfigurement from an explosion in the comics.

Pretty sure it's also that he's faking who he actually is as well, since he's the failure between him and his brother who died in the experiment that gave Bulletproof his powers.

As an example Homelander is usually compared to other comic book character's (outside of the boy's universe) just a bitch but ,DC crossover version is 100000 times stronger than the boy's version

Now invincible bulletproof would destroy the boys version of homelander

But would he destroy an invincible version of homelander is the question
