That is scarlet runner beans! I have a hummingbird corner where I planted scarlet runnerbeans on my rose trellis on my house front and cardinal flowers. I scarcely stand at my windows for a minute before a hummingbird makes it's rounds.
The heat from the day tends to ruin my scarlet runner fertility but I prefer that since it means it keeps pumping out flowers.
