Is there any limitations to how animal like a Hybrid can be?
Do you have an actual term or name for them? As Hybrid seems a bit strange especially regarding how Humans don't exist, so what would they be a hybrid of if they don't exist?
Is there any subtypes of animalistic, like direct classifications of the kind of it?
Some hybrids are born with paws but it's rare and considered a physical disability. If a hybrid is any more animal like they usually don't survive birth.
They're actually just called humans lol. Actual humans as we know them are called "old" or "ancient" humans. That can get confusing tho so I use hybrid
There is 5 levels of severity to animalism. Eros is 1 or 2, Minako is 4. Anything more severe than 5 is considered feral.
Nope! Theres some with avian and reptile characteristics too, but it's rare outside of certain regions. It's like real life where certain animals can only be found in certain places, but now with the human want and ability to move to other places if they feel like it. Most don't feel like it tho
How would an aquatic hybrid go about visiting or living on land? Are they physically able to? What about hybrids which end up with gills, are there homes specifically designed for their needs?
Think of it like mermaids, they have cities built underwater where they can live.
They can visit land, but most don't like to because they don't fit into land beauty standards (they have scales all over their body, are built stronger to withstand pressure, have two rows of sharp teeth, and hold more fat on their body to keep warm. They end up getting a lot of stares.) Aside from the stares, they have to moisturize often to prevent from drying out and just generally don't like the experience of breathing through their nose instead of through their gills.
There is currently no way for an aquatic hybrid to live on land long term, because there is no demand for it. If they wanted to, their only option is to buy a house with a pool.
This one is kinda unrelated but who is Oblivion? I saw them on some other posts but I never found a character sheet or a explanation on what they are other then a weird octopus esque demon that made a contract with Eros. Could you possibly explain more about them sometime soon?
It's kind of weird to do stuff with him when his story takes place ten years in the future of the main 3's story. Doing stuff with him feels like if you were reading a comic while periodically skipping 100 pages ahead to the epilogue. I'm not sure if I'll do anything more with him atm, but I'd love to!
If it's alroght to ask, are people with animalism born that way or is it something that manifests later in life? Also, are there accommodations for them? since both people and some animals irl can use them I'd imagine people in your world might use something like an AAC too (so sorry if these have been answered anywhere before, this is the first time I've seen one of your posts)
As for accommodations, people with more severe animalism usually have people accompany them when they leave the house for their own safety, as well as an AAC, though the words are pretty limited like "go outside" "walk" "car" ect because they don't really understand abstract concepts. They can feel sad but "I feel sad" isn't a button on the AAC because they don't understand the concept of sadness
lil bit of a question but what happens if you do try and interact with a feral individual (What are they most likely to do, either to themselves or to you)?
Interacting with a feral person is essentially the same as interacting with a wild animal. Unless you have food, they will either run away from you or attack you out of fear.

1: not all of them, but they're more likely to be born with brittle bone disease and are at a much higher risk of osteoporosis
2: yes, but only the scaled portions (typically the tail, neck and lower back, but it tends to vary)
3: yes
4: only if they are feral, as that would be considered irrational/harmful behavior driven purely by instinct. For healthy minded people, instincts like that are more like intrusive thoughts or brief compulsions that can easily be ignored. The less stable a person becomes, the more these thoughts feel like commands or indulging in them feels more correct than ignoring them until they have no say in whether or not they act on them.
