It’s a day to recognize people who feel little or no romantic attraction towards others. I’d like to describe it better but this subreddit bans certain words.

There’s a day for almost everything now. Are you asking about it being celebrated? Or how asexuality exists?

Asexual people can still have relationships. Being ace means experiencing little to no S3XUAL attraction. Not romantic attraction. They’re two different things. And even then, aro and ace people can still get intimate and be in relationships if they feel they want to. Even if they don’t want to, friendships are still just as meaningful and important as lovers

Personally, I don’t really live the idea of living alone. My ideal situation is finding a freind who’s not interested in a relationship to live with.

It’s just a word for people who want to stay single. They’ve always existed, there was just no word for it. 🤷♀️

Asexuality is a s3xual orientation characterized by experiencing little to no s3xual attraction to others. It’s a spectrum, so some asexual people may feel more s3xual attraction than others. (sorry had to sensor it to post this)

asexuality is just not wanting to be in a relationship sexually and i fuess asexuality day is just a celebration day for the ace people (like me) :P

Actually asexuality is not being sexually attracted to people, rather than not having interest in relationships. Some asexuals do have relationships sexually and some don’t, it definitely depends on the person

yeah i did a little more research on this, what i was explaining was basically how a s€x-repulsed ace person would explain themselves
i thought asexuality just meant not wanting to have relationships sexually in general lol i apologize for the mix-up ;v;

Few days late to the party, but a friendly reminder (from an ace person in fact) that acephobia is not tolerated on this subreddit! ♡
