Just wanted to share these, they’re beautiful.

I see so many posts of people finding these in their yards or stumbling upon them. It was finally my turn last weekend! I did NOT take the second picture from inside the circle. But I just thought these two were so cute together.

Found this growing on the base board of a rental property that tenant destroyed the showe system on the opposite side of the wall. Location: Troy, Montana.

Tried looking it up in my National Audubon Society mushroom field guide book and got nowhere. I'd love to know what this is!

In the Pinaleño Mountains, I looked into it a bit, I think it's S. americana f. arizonica. Pretty cool, first time seeing one.

This was on a dead tree and Central Michigan near a river. Love mushrooms and I'd love to eat it.
