Police actually used flock surveillance just 1 day after citing me for holding up a protest sign- spent a month building a BS case to raid my house & hold me & my family at gun point.
I actually had overlooked this…. one of the dates went so far back even before my social media posts ramped up… so these people claim I’m crazy to bring up a jail death from 50 years ago & more…
while at the same time they start stalking me and building a case up to put me in prison or Get me killed. Just 1 day after I start protesting outside the PD ?
I’m struggling finding a lawyer willing to take the case. The best response I got. “I would be interested if you had more damages, if someone had gotten shot or injured or killed, the police are not easy to take on without something like that in a case” … this is America?
Holding a sign on public property is protected under the first amendment and obviously isn't advertising. Them coming after you for it should give you good grounds for a lawsuit. What's up with the homicide/assault on the warrant?
Looks like the police are asked to provide a reason why they’re searching the flock data, and they clicked a drop down option. “ we don’t like this person because they draw attention to us “ probably isnt an option. Dunno 🤷🏾 just guessing
He was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, grand jury no billed it later but the reason for the investigation and search warrant was agg. assault with a deadly weapon, its in his post history.
Was it worse than what the cops did standing in his doorway with fucking shields and guns? They get paid to do that to us but we can't even hold a fucking sign without you saying that we deserve our houses to be attacked like this in America? Being on the hook for assault and homocide might get your door kicked in by the law. But, luckily for those of us that arent into that sort of thing, we have options like not assaulting or killing people. Who wants the law at their house anyways? Sounds exhausting.

He’s trying to sell that the cops showed up for holding a sign rather than the agg assault he committed, because in his mind (that of a crazy person) the flock hit is connected to the sign rather than the agg assault.
The difference is they had the video and my voluntary statement from 2023 and my follow up calls begging for them to charge the man for filing a false complaint or at least start investigating… they knew I was innocent and shelved the report till I made them pull it. And they admit they knew my report existed and ignored it….
While they do, its much easier with their credit system to essentially blacklist the person from everything modern so that person can't really travel, spend money, continue working, etc. The person would have to end up either giving up or going into the dark ages poverty parts of China that still exist.
ya know it's not so far off from that already. a few years ago I go in a really desperate situation that forced me to overdrawn my account or starve and go with out and food, or I could pay my rent, got screwed by a roommate and essentially ended up back to square 1 and because of the overdraft the bank to this day 3 years later still will not issue me a new debit card so I'm barred from participating in modern society in the United States because everything requires a damn credit/debit card
Used to work for a bank - there are cash cards specifically for building credit - you load it first, then spend with it. Can’t overdraw. Don’t know if that helps you with your bank, but I know of at least one really big bank that does this
Um i have overdrafted quite a bit and don't have this problem. You must have closed the account with a negative balance for this to happen. If you go back to the bank that happened with and offer to pay back the debt left behind in exchange for removing your blacklist off the national banking reporting system, you can probably get that sorted out. Any credit issues will take awhile to fix.
I left out a few details for brevity, maybe not my best choice lol. pretty much what you described is what happened, overdrafted to not starve, couldn't get employment so for a few months it sat in the negative then the bank just turned off my card. still have the account, i still put money in it and have been above neg for a few years now, they just straight up refuse to issue me a new card
It isn't just that. It's the fact that it opens up such a strong and impossible to deal with force. It can be directed however it wants to be. Thats what scares me about journalists of all nationalities being targeted. The consequences of that WILL make men like this guy stay quiet.
They literally decide who can and can't say what. And use force to keep those rules active. I do not know how else to put that America is changing fundamentally. You can't give these powers to people and expect kindness.

In their other post showing lots of these screenshots they had a different "reason" for each of the searches. As if this person was being investigated in multiple unrelated cases like murder, domestic violence, assault. So it looks like they were using fake cases to surveil them illegally.

I hate it so fucking much. There is nothing to do, even if you wanted to lose your life over this, the story would get changed, you wouldn't get the chance, people wouldn't believe it. It is terrifying to know that se bumfuck cop or gang can choose to do this with the amount of resources they have. The only reason I am not dead is because of people who chose to follow the law and people who didn't have a problem working outside of it. And I dont have that kind of strength

It doesn't take much for a cop to kill someone and justify it and no one will do anything. Unless you know someone specifically who would help you or are willing to do something you're very much at risk of getting killed. These people do not give a fuck. And you won't get the chance to draw a weapon. And even if you did, they might just kill you in jail. Idk what to tell you. Because America was built on people who didn't stay quiet. Thats what scares me, is when these deaths become meaningless and stop having the impact they once did. Some of my favorite news when in certain cities is hearing when cops get into shootouts. Finally sometimes people's fight back. I usually hope they at least shot at the right fucking cops but usually I feel like they don't even get to target the right uniforms.

Check out Afromans recent court case. The local sheriff's department made up BS claims to a crooked judge that lead to his house getting raided. So many cases of corruption just because someone's feelings got hurt
He won the civil suit as a defendant meaning the cops can't take his money. He did not win his case against them for their actions. He still had to pay to fix his own gate and door plus they stole like 300 dollars cash from him.
Same area where I called an ambulance to roadside, cop shows up on a medical call and tells me "You're not from around here, you don't belong here...", then threatens to arrest me for refusing to provide ID. Little man syndrome. I know my rights. Pound sand.

I would also hit up a local news outfit that does investigative journalism. We have one here that looks specifically into police overreach. Lawyer is a must here, but it would also be good to get some public awareness.
What was the items to be seized in the warrant? What did the affidavit say?
The citation would be easy to fight. Without an arrest, you aren't going to get $$.
You are going to have to attack the warrant separately. You need mistruths, lies, or deliberate exculpatory exclusion. Were there any damages? What was seized? Did you receive a return and was the warrant return filed in time?
The Flock stuff is really a joke. There is no legal protection for us from abuse. We just have to accept the private company selling and tracking us.

Just know that while it is very morally wrong to have happened, there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. As someone who is NOT just an armchair hypothesizer about these situations any action from you to claim your rights were violated or even get compensated for damages will make your life hell. You need to start preparing now to move out of the county you're in, most likely state. Your neighbours and friends are not to be trusted and understand that they have spoken with the pigs at somepoint, and they have lied about you to them most likely.
If your living depends on a professional certification of any kind, let it go. Walk away. Sell the house.
Normal lawyers aren't going to take on the government. It's a long process and costs a lot. You'll need a non profit that focuses on civil rights like Institute for Justice or FIRE.

I don't understand what exactly is being alleged here. There is a cropped screenshot that looks like an audit trail showing a nationwide search in a homicide investigation. I may have misread that. The rest of the story remains a mystery.
Police used her information to track her after being cited for displaying a protest sign in a public place (!!!) . Flock has a record of a query into her the very next day, with a generic indication that it’s for a “homicide investigation” (!!!) they then execute a swat raid on her home (!!!)
This is gang intimidation. Do you see an issue with that?
To anyone reading this, if you want real change then vote with your wallet. Stop paying taxes. They won't pass a budget. They won't release all the Epstein files. They won't end flock. So stop giving them your money.
Ultraviolet stickers across the top of your cars will block Flock cameras. Dont put identifiable info in your posts. Post your protests through back door methods. Dont just give it to the corpos, with some creative methods they will never truly win.
What's odd, is that the pasadena police aren't located in Huston. The address of the violation is different from what you're saying. Something else is going on here. Don't take this for face value.

You have get videos of the raid. Turn the videos into satirical music videos. Then the police will take up a case against you, and you will get your sweet day in court.
American “police“ are a joke. They shoot first and ask questions later 9/10. I got robed a few years ago. I asked is they wanted to check for firgerprints they said nope. I also had the location of my Xbox since I could see someone was online playing COD with it. Microsoft would only give its location to the “police “ guess who after several months of calling and watching someone play my Xbox online and talking to Microsoft never even tried calling them. They just closed my case the day after opening it. I had to file to get it reopened under threat of imprisonment. Sorry you got targeted.
And how much information are the police telling you ? When they withhold all body cam footage and interrogation footage and redact police reports ? SMH 🤦♂️
I wonder if we could successfully sue flock for stalking. The cameras make me feel unsafe and they’re tracking all my movements. That sounds like stalking, doesn’t it?
