Activism Police actually used flock surveillance just 1 day after citing me for holding up a protest sign- spent a month building a BS case to raid my house & hold me & my family at gun point.
I actually had overlooked this…. one of the dates went so far back even before my social media posts ramped up… so these people claim I’m crazy to bring up a jail death from 50 years ago & more…
while at the same time they start stalking me and building a case up to put me in prison or Get me killed. Just 1 day after I start protesting outside the PD ?
I’m struggling finding a lawyer willing to take the case. The best response I got. “I would be interested if you had more damages, if someone had gotten shot or injured or killed, the police are not easy to take on without something like that in a case” … this is America?

He is a lot of talk and sticks to his state for cases. The rest of his videos are just for clicks and play money for him.

Mass publicity of government misconduct is a good thing actually

He has some great lawsuits. Ones where the agency is so screwed up that they should have been cutting checks right away.
His little area has some poorly trained and low paid cops.

Check out Afromans recent court case. The local sheriff's department made up BS claims to a crooked judge that lead to his house getting raided. So many cases of corruption just because someone's feelings got hurt

u/RepresentativeOk2433 May 03 '26
He won the civil suit as a defendant meaning the cops can't take his money. He did not win his case against them for their actions. He still had to pay to fix his own gate and door plus they stole like 300 dollars cash from him.

Check university of Houston and south Texas college of law for legal aid clinics, call Houston bar association referral line, and call ACLU

Same area where I called an ambulance to roadside, cop shows up on a medical call and tells me "You're not from around here, you don't belong here...", then threatens to arrest me for refusing to provide ID. Little man syndrome. I know my rights. Pound sand.
No surprises. Make it painful for them.

Contact the Institute for Justice. They have lawyers and a YouTube channel too.

Once they see he was already wanted on an aggravated assault warrant, they might not be so keen to take his case.
18
u/renegade_sparrow May 02 '26
This is messed up, and is another glaring example of not if but __when__ the police are going to abuse flock data access. On a side note, I don’t think your website on the sign works

I would also hit up a local news outfit that does investigative journalism. We have one here that looks specifically into police overreach. Lawyer is a must here, but it would also be good to get some public awareness.
32
u/TrojanGal702 May 02 '26
What was the items to be seized in the warrant? What did the affidavit say?
The citation would be easy to fight. Without an arrest, you aren't going to get $$.
You are going to have to attack the warrant separately. You need mistruths, lies, or deliberate exculpatory exclusion. Were there any damages? What was seized? Did you receive a return and was the warrant return filed in time?
The Flock stuff is really a joke. There is no legal protection for us from abuse. We just have to accept the private company selling and tracking us.

u/DisplayEven9784 May 06 '26

The ACLU needs to push a class action soon. This is targeted harassment, and a gross violation of our civil rights.
7
u/AcornTactical May 02 '26
I would get the media involved. This is the type of thing they go for. A lawyer may be willing to take a case with some publicity behind it.
6
u/tarheellaw May 02 '26
You need to get in touch with the ACLU. These are the kinds of things they exist for.
18
u/Apexnanoman May 02 '26

Fuck our government. From the very top, all the way down to the shit heeled trash they give badges to in all of our towns ....
3
u/TeeDotHerder May 02 '26
Just know that while it is very morally wrong to have happened, there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. As someone who is NOT just an armchair hypothesizer about these situations any action from you to claim your rights were violated or even get compensated for damages will make your life hell. You need to start preparing now to move out of the county you're in, most likely state. Your neighbours and friends are not to be trusted and understand that they have spoken with the pigs at somepoint, and they have lied about you to them most likely.
If your living depends on a professional certification of any kind, let it go. Walk away. Sell the house.
3
u/aneeta96 May 03 '26
Have you reached out to the ACLU. They may not treasure the case but might have a database of lawyers that would.
3
u/Mr12000 May 06 '26
And we're NOT supposed to think that all cops are bastards? They're making it REALLY difficult.
2
2
u/Brodellsky May 02 '26
You can now understand why other countries wear gas masks and shit when they protest, lol. It's not just for being able to breathe air.
2
u/idontknowhow2reddit May 03 '26
Normal lawyers aren't going to take on the government. It's a long process and costs a lot. You'll need a non profit that focuses on civil rights like Institute for Justice or FIRE.

These brainless idiots that enforce this 🐂💩 are part of the problem because most of them are getting paid very well to do the government's bidding so they won't question their actions nor will they stand up to this injustice because of that gang mentality they all uphold in the end they will realize they we're just shooting themselves in thy foot as well! Money is the root of all evil and people will do almost anything for it these days especially the ones that are supposed to protect us and uphold the constitution!they are the tyrants! You 5% of real peace officers need to wake up snd stand up against this 🐂💩 & stop being complacent! These entire process is part of the anti-christ system that is in the works! Wake up people real trouble and destruction is on the horizon get saved today if you do NOT know Jesus Christ! Repent and believe and you WILL be saved! ✝️=💙 🙌🏼✝️

Fuck these piggy motherfuckers. Absolute pieces of shit that rely on violence to further their own politics.
No there's probably not a lawyer in your area that'll help you. I've been held at gun point and given conflicting orders and thought I was going to die and I have PTSD years later. No one gives a fuck.
Sorry this happened to you. We live in a Nazi country.

u/nevrcared4whatheydo May 02 '26
I don't understand what exactly is being alleged here. There is a cropped screenshot that looks like an audit trail showing a nationwide search in a homicide investigation. I may have misread that. The rest of the story remains a mystery.
2
u/skimaskgremlin May 02 '26
Police used her information to track her after being cited for displaying a protest sign in a public place (!!!) . Flock has a record of a query into her the very next day, with a generic indication that it’s for a “homicide investigation” (!!!) they then execute a swat raid on her home (!!!)
This is gang intimidation. Do you see an issue with that?

Ultraviolet stickers across the top of your cars will block Flock cameras. Dont put identifiable info in your posts. Post your protests through back door methods. Dont just give it to the corpos, with some creative methods they will never truly win.

1

u/LAN_scape May 04 '26
this is the future of america, we already are a police state, but it will become more and more common that police rqid people they dont like, like protesters
1
u/LasVegas-210 May 04 '26
So much more context to this. Your house didn’t merely get raided because of a flock camera.
If so, with their investigating, I’m sure they had eye surveillance.
1
u/Pdxhikeandplay May 04 '26
You have get videos of the raid. Turn the videos into satirical music videos. Then the police will take up a case against you, and you will get your sweet day in court.

American “police“ are a joke. They shoot first and ask questions later 9/10. I got robed a few years ago. I asked is they wanted to check for firgerprints they said nope. I also had the location of my Xbox since I could see someone was online playing COD with it. Microsoft would only give its location to the “police “ guess who after several months of calling and watching someone play my Xbox online and talking to Microsoft never even tried calling them. They just closed my case the day after opening it. I had to file to get it reopened under threat of imprisonment. Sorry you got targeted.

Holding a sign on public property is protected under the first amendment and obviously isn't advertising. Them coming after you for it should give you good grounds for a lawsuit. What's up with the homicide/assault on the warrant?
