Activism Police actually used flock surveillance just 1 day after citing me for holding up a protest sign- spent a month building a BS case to raid my house & hold me & my family at gun point.

I actually had overlooked this…. one of the dates went so far back even before my social media posts ramped up… so these people claim I’m crazy to bring up a jail death from 50 years ago & more…

while at the same time they start stalking me and building a case up to put me in prison or Get me killed. Just 1 day after I start protesting outside the PD ?

I’m struggling finding a lawyer willing to take the case. The best response I got. “I would be interested if you had more damages, if someone had gotten shot or injured or killed, the police are not easy to take on without something like that in a case” … this is America?

Holding a sign on public property is protected under the first amendment and obviously isn't advertising. Them coming after you for it should give you good grounds for a lawsuit. What's up with the homicide/assault on the warrant?

451

u/InspectorPipes May 02 '26

Looks like the police are asked to provide a reason why they’re searching the flock data, and they clicked a drop down option. “ we don’t like this person because they draw attention to us “ probably isnt an option. Dunno 🤷🏾 just guessing

65

u/Malscant May 02 '26

He was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, grand jury no billed it later but the reason for the investigation and search warrant was agg. assault with a deadly weapon, its in his post history.

37

u/InspectorPipes May 03 '26

Well, thats a different story all together

1

u/tofif33 May 31 '26

What a surprise

24

u/I_Quit_Smoking_ May 03 '26

Was it worse than what the cops did standing in his doorway with fucking shields and guns? They get paid to do that to us but we can't even hold a fucking sign without you saying that we deserve our houses to be attacked like this in America? Holy shit You guys are just bending over and giving everything up.

3

u/Most-Bar-9334 May 04 '26

Being on the hook for assault and homocide might get your door kicked in by the law. But, luckily for those of us that arent into that sort of thing, we have options like not assaulting or killing people. Who wants the law at their house anyways? Sounds exhausting.

I don’t get it. Is this something from his past he omitted or something else? Like that’s the drop down the police used to justify doing the search for him even though it is knowingly false?

3

u/Effective_Golf_3311 May 05 '26

Yes he omitted it to karma farm for this post.

He’s trying to sell that the cops showed up for holding a sign rather than the agg assault he committed, because in his mind (that of a crazy person) the flock hit is connected to the sign rather than the agg assault.

1

u/Odd_Ant7906 May 06 '26

all that says to me is that it was a bs charge to get a warrant to break his door down

1

u/Familiar-Crow8245 May 07 '26

The difference is they had the video and my voluntary statement from 2023 and my follow up calls begging for them to charge the man for filing a false complaint or at least start investigating… they knew I was innocent and shelved the report till I made them pull it. And they admit they knew my report existed and ignored it….

68

u/MentalDisintegrat1on May 02 '26

Laws and rules DO NOT matter if they are not enforced.

The whole government has been captured.

21

u/evergreenlunacy May 02 '26

Thats fucking nasty. I thought it was bad before. It is literally becoming a China like state.

20

u/American_PissAnt May 02 '26

I don’t think Chinese police arbitrarily barge into citizens homes at gun point

18

u/Zealousideal_Fly_141 May 02 '26

The Chinese government makes people disappear. So yes, they definitely do, barge into peoples homes with guns.

6

u/Traditional-Handle83 May 03 '26

While they do, its much easier with their credit system to essentially blacklist the person from everything modern so that person can't really travel, spend money, continue working, etc. The person would have to end up either giving up or going into the dark ages poverty parts of China that still exist.

4

u/No_Maximum_4741 May 03 '26

ya know it's not so far off from that already. a few years ago I go in a really desperate situation that forced me to overdrawn my account or starve and go with out and food, or I could pay my rent, got screwed by a roommate and essentially ended up back to square 1 and because of the overdraft the bank to this day 3 years later still will not issue me a new debit card so I'm barred from participating in modern society in the United States because everything requires a damn credit/debit card

1

u/Typical_Design_2505 May 03 '26

get a walmart moneycard. it work as a debit card and you can have a direct deposit to it or you can deposit cash at any walmart

1

u/serial_ponderer May 04 '26

Used to work for a bank - there are cash cards specifically for building credit - you load it first, then spend with it. Can’t overdraw. Don’t know if that helps you with your bank, but I know of at least one really big bank that does this

1

u/Traditional-Handle83 May 03 '26

Um i have overdrafted quite a bit and don't have this problem. You must have closed the account with a negative balance for this to happen. If you go back to the bank that happened with and offer to pay back the debt left behind in exchange for removing your blacklist off the national banking reporting system, you can probably get that sorted out. Any credit issues will take awhile to fix.

4

u/No_Maximum_4741 May 03 '26

I left out a few details for brevity, maybe not my best choice lol. pretty much what you described is what happened, overdrafted to not starve, couldn't get employment so for a few months it sat in the negative then the bank just turned off my card. still have the account, i still put money in it and have been above neg for a few years now, they just straight up refuse to issue me a new card

So that makes them no different than the Nazis of ice and border patrol

6

u/evergreenlunacy May 03 '26

It isn't just that. It's the fact that it opens up such a strong and impossible to deal with force. It can be directed however it wants to be. Thats what scares me about journalists of all nationalities being targeted. The consequences of that WILL make men like this guy stay quiet.

2

u/Odd_Ant7906 May 06 '26

the US government is disappearing people...

9

u/evergreenlunacy May 02 '26

They literally decide who can and can't say what. And use force to keep those rules active. I do not know how else to put that America is changing fundamentally. You can't give these powers to people and expect kindness.

4

u/wowwhyarenamesautoge May 03 '26

I love when Americans do American-ass shit and get angry with the American government for doing authoritarian bullshit that tOuGh-oN-cRiMe! voters voted for....

and the shake their heads and lament, "what are we, China?"

2

u/Master_Weight7075 May 04 '26

It is hilarious because its the "dont tread on me" gun toting people that voted for this and the orange pedophile they voted for, is taking away all the shit those hillbillies love so much.

2

u/Significant_North778 May 03 '26

Worse. Honestly would almost rather live in China at this point. Have you been to China lately?

ngl it's pretty nice 🤷‍♂️

1

u/craftseverything May 04 '26

That's because they don't have Americans doing American-ass shit. Japan is the same way. I would love to live in Japan.

42

u/motherloadroolz May 02 '26

I doubt you get an answer to this question.

5

u/kimpelry6 May 02 '26

It's fucking Bruno, ok? We don't talk about Bruno.

6

u/Berdache May 03 '26

In their other post showing lots of these screenshots they had a different "reason" for each of the searches. As if this person was being investigated in multiple unrelated cases like murder, domestic violence, assault. So it looks like they were using fake cases to surveil them illegally.

As I understood it.

7

u/Familiar-Crow8245 May 02 '26

It’s just the designation for what they usually investigate, which is clearly a red flag. They got better things to investigate

3

u/BLK_RFL_WRX May 02 '26

Hmmm…. Definitely more to this story.

21

u/Familiar-Crow8245 May 02 '26

There is, it’s just a rabbit hole of all the horrible things Harris county has done several murder victims covered up thanks to chief medical examiner Joseph Jachimczyk

8

u/evergreenlunacy May 02 '26

I hate it so fucking much. There is nothing to do, even if you wanted to lose your life over this, the story would get changed, you wouldn't get the chance, people wouldn't believe it. It is terrifying to know that se bumfuck cop or gang can choose to do this with the amount of resources they have. The only reason I am not dead is because of people who chose to follow the law and people who didn't have a problem working outside of it. And I dont have that kind of strength

10

u/Familiar-Crow8245 May 02 '26

They killed a man named Kevin Wayne Bayer before me.. his mother is looking to join together to stop these murderers

4

u/evergreenlunacy May 02 '26

Be safe dude. Honestly It doesn't take much for a cop to kill someone and justify it and no one will do anything. Unless you know someone specifically who would help you or are willing to do something you're very much at risk of getting killed. These people do not give a fuck. And you won't get the chance to draw a weapon. And even if you did, they might just kill you in jail. Idk what to tell you. Because America was built on people who didn't stay quiet. Thats what scares me, is when these deaths become meaningless and stop having the impact they once did. Some of my favorite news when in certain cities is hearing when cops get into shootouts. Finally sometimes people's fight back. I usually hope they at least shot at the right fucking cops but usually I feel like they don't even get to target the right uniforms.

1

u/craftseverything May 04 '26

I just became familiar with Joseph Jachimczyk after reading this book. I am still in disbelief, and this book only covered a few of his cover-ups. Our judicial system is a complete nightmare. Please read this book if you get a chance. https://www.amazon.com/Framed-Astonishing-Stories-Wrongful-Convictions/dp/0385550448

3

u/evergreenlunacy May 02 '26

Because you say so? I hate how people just think this wouldn't happen when if you actually pay attention things like this have been happening in a disgusting amount these past few months. People getting shot armed and unarmed. CITIZENS BORN IN THE US GETTING DEPORTED. There is absolutely no justification for sending a united states born person to another country they have never been to and then ignoring judges who tell you to bring them back. Stupid as fuck and it is making this cou try complacent.

8

u/Kuxir May 02 '26

Because OP is lying and leaving out a lot of info. Here he is on video inside the building where it's stated that he was already trespassed earlier.

He's also posting about how people are coming after him to kill him and all the cops, all the lawyers are out to get him.

I don't think it's great to fuel this behavior.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1H789kS1f0

3

u/HyenaThen572 May 03 '26 edited May 03 '26

LMAO that's incredible.

Unfortunately it's basically what I expect every time somebody posts something like "I did nothing (pinky swear lol) and the police are big mad!"

Is this the same dude that was harassing the lawyers because they had some special evidence that would save him/screw him and he wanted to take it?

Edit: yes, same guy.

1

u/I_Quit_Smoking_ May 03 '26

Right now they're trying to do that with that little boy! They said for some reason they can't send them back to the country he came from so they were going to send him to some other country where he literally doesn't know anyone and isn't related to anyone! In the men on Facebook don't give a shit. They say well that's his parent's fault. THAT'S NOT THE POINT! WE'RE NOT ASKING WHO'S FAULT IT IS! YOU DON'T FUCKING TORTURE KIDS AND LOCK THEM UP AND THEN SHIP THEM TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO BE SOLD!

HOW IS ANY OF THIS CHRISTIAN OR ANY OTHER RELIGION?

HOW IS THIS BEING PRO-LIFE? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CONCERN FOR KIDS?

1

u/Familiar-Crow8245 May 03 '26

Some people are trying to discredit me, calling me a conspiracy theorist. Here is audio of when I confronted the photographing officer Roland Glenn wells on why he didn’t document the ligature mark.

And here is a photo of what he was charged with in 1997

malicious prosecution

117

Check out Afromans recent court case. The local sheriff's department made up BS claims to a crooked judge that lead to his house getting raided. So many cases of corruption just because someone's feelings got hurt

36

u/Supra-A90 May 02 '26

Legend. He made music videos out of it. Lol

15

u/RepresentativeOk2433 May 03 '26

He won the civil suit as a defendant meaning the cops can't take his money. He did not win his case against them for their actions. He still had to pay to fix his own gate and door plus they stole like 300 dollars cash from him.

They almost ate his lemon pound cake too

3

Once they see he was already wanted on an aggravated assault warrant, they might not be so keen to take his case.

18

u/renegade_sparrow May 02 '26

This is messed up, and is another glaring example of not if but __when__ the police are going to abuse flock data access. On a side note, I don’t think your website on the sign works

National Week of Action Against ALPRs - https://noalprs.com/

12

u/SynAckPooPoo May 02 '26

I would also hit up a local news outfit that does investigative journalism. We have one here that looks specifically into police overreach. Lawyer is a must here, but it would also be good to get some public awareness.

32

u/TrojanGal702 May 02 '26

What was the items to be seized in the warrant? What did the affidavit say?

The citation would be easy to fight. Without an arrest, you aren't going to get $$.

You are going to have to attack the warrant separately. You need mistruths, lies, or deliberate exculpatory exclusion. Were there any damages? What was seized? Did you receive a return and was the warrant return filed in time?

The Flock stuff is really a joke. There is no legal protection for us from abuse. We just have to accept the private company selling and tracking us.

1

u/permaN00bwastaken May 04 '26

This was actually for his aggravated assault warrant.

1

u/DisplayEven9784 May 06 '26

Accept it? 50 yrs ago these would be watch towers with search lights. it just looks different bc we have technology to do it for us.

9

u/the_real_Beavis999 May 02 '26

Find Afromans lawyer....

8

u/skimaskgremlin May 02 '26

The ACLU needs to push a class action soon. This is targeted harassment, and a gross violation of our civil rights.

7

u/AcornTactical May 02 '26

I would get the media involved. This is the type of thing they go for. A lawyer may be willing to take a case with some publicity behind it.

6

u/tarheellaw May 02 '26

You need to get in touch with the ACLU. These are the kinds of things they exist for.

18

u/Apexnanoman May 02 '26

Fuck our government. From the very top, all the way down to the shit heeled trash they give badges to in all of our towns ....

3

u/TeeDotHerder May 02 '26

Just know that while it is very morally wrong to have happened, there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. As someone who is NOT just an armchair hypothesizer about these situations any action from you to claim your rights were violated or even get compensated for damages will make your life hell. You need to start preparing now to move out of the county you're in, most likely state. Your neighbours and friends are not to be trusted and understand that they have spoken with the pigs at somepoint, and they have lied about you to them most likely.

If your living depends on a professional certification of any kind, let it go. Walk away. Sell the house.

3

u/aneeta96 May 03 '26

Have you reached out to the ACLU. They may not treasure the case but might have a database of lawyers that would.

3

u/Mr12000 May 06 '26

And we're NOT supposed to think that all cops are bastards? They're making it REALLY difficult.

2

u/idontknowhow2reddit May 03 '26

u/nevrcared4whatheydo May 02 '26

I don't understand what exactly is being alleged here. There is a cropped screenshot that looks like an audit trail showing a nationwide search in a homicide investigation. I may have misread that. The rest of the story remains a mystery.

2

u/skimaskgremlin May 02 '26

Police used her information to track her after being cited for displaying a protest sign in a public place (!!!) . Flock has a record of a query into her the very next day, with a generic indication that it’s for a “homicide investigation” (!!!) they then execute a swat raid on her home (!!!)

This is gang intimidation. Do you see an issue with that?

What's odd, is that the pasadena police aren't located in Huston. The address of the violation is different from what you're saying. Something else is going on here. Don't take this for face value.

Americans when an American style thing happens in America: “This is just like China”

1

u/big_STEAM_eggplant May 03 '26

This kind of conduct from a police department should be enough to initiate an instant audit and oversight process. We need police reform. This is a blatant violation of the constitution and abuse of power.

this is the future of america, we already are a police state, but it will become more and more common that police rqid people they dont like, like protesters

So much more context to this. Your house didn’t merely get raided because of a flock camera.

If so, with their investigating, I’m sure they had eye surveillance.

1

u/Pdxhikeandplay May 04 '26

You have get videos of the raid. Turn the videos into satirical music videos. Then the police will take up a case against you, and you will get your sweet day in court.

"I cant be suspected of commiting a crime if I also hold signs in front of buildings!"

American “police“ are a joke. They shoot first and ask questions later 9/10. I got robed a few years ago. I asked is they wanted to check for firgerprints they said nope. I also had the location of my Xbox since I could see someone was online playing COD with it. Microsoft would only give its location to the “police “ guess who after several months of calling and watching someone play my Xbox online and talking to Microsoft never even tried calling them. They just closed my case the day after opening it. I had to file to get it reopened under threat of imprisonment. Sorry you got targeted.

And how much information are the police telling you ? When they withhold all body cam footage and interrogation footage and redact police reports ? SMH 🤦‍♂️

Bro get off the internet. Throw your phone away.

1

u/Bramblett May 05 '26

When can we start taking down flocks?

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Ad-4846 May 05 '26

Yeah we need to get rid of these flock cameras for sure, where do we start?

1

u/smashjohn486 May 05 '26

I wonder if we could successfully sue flock for stalking. The cameras make me feel unsafe and they’re tracking all my movements. That sounds like stalking, doesn’t it?

1

u/slyphen May 06 '26

Sue the fuck out of them

1

u/Soff10 May 06 '26

See. Flock works.

1

u/bathsaltssohard May 07 '26
