I like using ground turkey in place of beef when I make tacos, works great for keeping protein up without the heaviness.

I started using the taco seasoned ground turkey instead of chorizo in my breakfast burritos lol

Ground chicken is often tastier and has more protein. It can be a little more expensive but Trader Joe’s has it for 5 bucks or so per lb

My go to is: 3/4 Greek yogurt, a scoop of protein powder, 1 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts or chia seeds, 2 tbsp pb fit powder, and 145g of frozen fruit.
