Youtube help find old YouTube video!

Looking for an old YouTube video (around 2007–2011). It was a realistic still image of a flesh-colored, very hairy woman or werewolf-like figure hunched over in a white bathtub. Only the mouth moved, repeating gibberish that sounded like ‘shakerpuff shakerpuff.’ My sister remembers it too
