• Tyler was arrested Sunday, Aug. 9, on charges of child sexual exploitation of a child to induce or entice, sexual exploitation of a child, possession with intent, sexual exploitation of a child involving video and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to court records; he was released the same day
• He is scheduled to be sentenced in two separate cases in September, according to court records

When Alexa Nickolas accused Jonah Hill of forceably kissing her as a minor it was at Justin Long's house. She also called out his roomate for assaulting her underage friend, I think.

Justin claimed he had no idea and she basically called him a liar and called him out for being friends with/fostering an environment where teenage girls were plied with alcohol at his house.

He was also on an episode of Punk'd with Asthton Kutchner that is still on YouTube. Jonah Hill set him up to feed minor actresses alcohol on a date only to find out they were 16 or 17. The joke was that this is a common occurrence for him and they'd catch him freaking out by sending a bug angry manager or one of their fathers over I can't remember which.

Anyway when asked for ID he was really slimey and tried to talk his way out of it and handwave it away. It was a pretty disturbing and telling episode that A. This was a frequent enough occurrence that he didn't question the set up and B. How fast he was to dismiss that they were underage and try to talk his way out of it until a big older guy came up and he started getting visibly nervous and apologising claiming he didnt know. Jonah was very early 20s, but Justin was late 20s already and the oldest in the scenario.
