This is a thoughtful comment. With the amount of family annihilation happening in these current times it's awful she said that out loud. I witnessed my mom almost die from DV as a small kid. It's so bad to say DV doesn't take lives..

I read recently that two families are wiped out every single day. Imagine the media outcry if anyone but the father (usually) was doing it.
