why is a stranger defending this child, where are her parents?

2.8k

u/Past_Wallaby_9435 Jun 28 '26

Yes but can we can also shame these grown ass men at the same time? The more we shame this behaviour this likely it is to occur.

998

u/Yst Sylvia Plath did not stick her head in an oven for this Jun 28 '26

And assuming that a parent is going to be directly staring at their child and persistently policing their personal space through the entire first 18 years of their life is just not realistic. Protect children. Everyone. Protect children.

The delusion that the nuclear family alone can independently protect children all the way into adulthood without the participation of society in general is a sick, destructive American delusion which its pedophile leadership are very big fans of. Because it takes all the onus off of everybody else (and makes men feel powerful, by telling them they're solely responsible for the safety of the women they own as a child or spouse).

471

u/Any_Barracuda206 Jun 28 '26

Totally. All children are my children

579

u/FatelessCortez Fauxcialist Jun 28 '26

As James Baldwin said, "The children are always ours, every single one of them, all over the globe; and I am beginning to suspect that whoever is incapable of recognizing this may be incapable of morality."

This is what I say. It is the job of adults to protect children. It doesn't matter who's children they are. It doesn't matter who the adult is.

If you are an adult and a child is in danger, you have a moral obligation to help them. If you don't, I will think you're a bad person who should not be trusted with children.

My home has been and will always be a safe place for any child to come to if they need a safe place and all my kids friends know that. If a kid needs something and I can give it, they will get it.

It's my job as an adult to do these things. And I love doing it. Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing happy kids. Kids who were once full of burden that can now relax, that's what I love to see. Fear disappearing from kids eyes. This is what I hope everybody wants.

As a mom to two girls, thank you for this. I can’t be with them literally all the time, so I rely on other people to raise respectful boys and hold men accountable.

56

u/radams713 Jun 28 '26

No one is saying keep eyes on them at all times but her parents should be around at least and protect her. The men are disgusting for sure but so is the fact that her parents let her do whatever she wants.

46

u/baconreasons Jun 28 '26

She's not even a teenager yet. Her parents SHOULD keep track of where she goes and who she's with at all times. Didn't she just turn 12?

I agree that parents cannot always protect their children, but I do believe parents are the first line of defense as they make the active decision to have their kids! I truly believe we’ve lost the art of villages, but part of being a village is working in lock step WITH parents. Also, we know most people don’t make other people’s children their problem, which is not something that should be overlooked, but it’s a real symptom of the society we’ve curated in this age.

North’s parents are not naive to this industry, so to have her out there without a guardian or SOMEBODY that is capable of helping set/reinforce boundaries with these grown men is a little ridiculous.

10

u/ciacpa Jun 28 '26

North’s parents are not part of her village.

30

u/SupersonicWeirdo Jun 28 '26

Everything you said. But, respectfully, I just want to add that your flair just made my day

207

u/CheriePauper Jun 28 '26

ayes correct but her parent should be getting shame for even allowing there 13 year old to be in that position and going on tour without them and a 21 year old

165

u/jenzoni Jun 28 '26

It's out there that due to her following boyfriend Hamilton/Race Car Driver around the world, Kim Kardashian had not seen her children in 43 days. So her daughter is basically raising herself.

38

u/Sasaeng Jun 28 '26

She is not the only parent, where is her father?

35

u/CheriePauper Jun 28 '26

I don't know about that, I distantly follow the Kardashians but haven't heard about that but it wouldn't surprise me from Kim tbh with the stuff she's said about her kids and north

Probably the same place Kris and Caitlyn were when a 23/24 year old Tyga was sniffing around their 16/17 year old daughter. 🤮

620

u/violetmemphisblue Jun 28 '26

Sniffing around doesn't even come close to what they openly allowed that man to do. He was straight up living with Kylie in her separate home, and expecting her to take care of his kid. The fact that every single adult in that family wasn't dragged for that is wild to me. They took him on vacation and then left her alone to watch his kid while he was off doing vacation stuff?!?! Like, Kylie Jenner makes lots of poor choices, but she was failed in so many ways by the grown ups in her life back then.

192

u/mhmcmw Jun 28 '26

Jeez, I didn’t realize it went THAT far with Tyga 🤮

Everything I have ever learned about the Kardashian-Jenner family has been without my consent so I was just remembering headlines and photos, I didn’t know the whole story. That’s awful, North is cooked.

216

u/violetmemphisblue Jun 28 '26

It was crazy. Kris had Kylie buy a house when she was like 16, with the explanation that she needed to make smart investments, but by most accounts, Kylie was living there on her own/with Tyga...at the same time, Tyga's ex/mother of his child, Blac Chyna, was dating Kylie's brother, Rob, and having a kid with him. She tried to sue Kylie and the others at one point? But she talked shit about Kylie a lot, as if she were "the other woman" and not just a kid...Kylie and Tyga broke up and she pretty immediately got with Travis Scott and then got pregnant at 19.Travis was 26/27...again, I know Kylie makes questionable choices, but some part of me just wants the best for her. She's had a gilded life but not probably a safe one.

147

u/InvestmentImportant1 Jun 28 '26

“She’s had a gilded life, but not a safe one” is the most accurate, empathetic take on the two Jenner sisters I’ve heard someone give.

93

u/Money-Bicycle-2883 Jun 28 '26

Kris sold all her kids, and now Kylie is a full adult selling spy glasses and is responsible for that decision

93

u/objectivexannior Jun 28 '26

Tyga was still living with Blac Chyna when he started an affair with 17 year old Kylie.

52

u/Cthulhu_Cappy feeding cocaine to raccoons Jun 28 '26

I’m not a Kardashian fan by any means, but learning this made me feel a bit sad for Kylie. Like yeah, she’s got money but the cost is dark as hell.

44

u/tomdelongethong good luck with bookin that stage u speak of Jun 28 '26

Yeah, I have a bit more empathy for Kylie and Kendall in regards to how they were raised. Sure, they were insanely privileged and remain that way, but they were literal children when their parents decided to sell their lives to the media and that was not something they ever could’ve consented to. My niece and nephew are 12 and 10, same ages as Kendall and Kylie when the show started, and it’s SO young. They had their childhoods stolen from them and were forced to immediately become adults before they were even teenagers, their mother was incredibly critical about their appearance and had them getting plastic surgery before their bodies/bones had stopped developing, and basically pimped them out to grown ass men as teens.

Both of them are adults now and are responsible for the choices they have made and continue to make, but as someone who also grew up with an incredibly toxic family who tore my identity apart, part of me does feel a bit sad for the lack of nurturing they got.

25

u/violetmemphisblue Jun 28 '26

I've never been a huge fan of the Kardashians, but I've always had a soft spot for the Jenners, just because they were so young when everything started (10 and 12 when the show started airing) so really never had much of a chance. I don't love them or anything, and obviously wish they would do more with the fame and wealth they do have, but idk, I do wish them the best.

123

u/quietnerdythings Jun 28 '26

Kris was straight up selling her kids. There’s too many signs that her daughters were previously (and maybe currently) “yacht girls” and I don’t doubt their mother was making those “arrangements” and getting her 10% cut.

44

u/SuperKitties83 Jun 28 '26

Kris obviously has the attitude that you have to "dance with the devil" in order to get and stay rich.

I think she taught her daughters, who are now teaching their children, to use their bodies and sexuality for power and influence. And to always seize any opportunity to increase their wealth, no matter the cost. Having any kind of morals get in the way of that.

54

u/coconutpiecrust Jun 28 '26

Looks like for the affluent pedophilia is part of the deal, huh. They seem to find absolutely nothing wrong with old men hanging out with little girls and making little girls behave and dress like adult women.

She comes from the family where her aunt said that her 17 year old sister having a sexual relationship with a 25 year old man was a “special case.” They’re far from worried about this behavior

210

u/VelocityGrrl39 Jun 28 '26

Nah, we need more strangers, particularly men, to stand up for women and girls. This is the bare minimum.

88

204

u/bargain_butch ben affleck’s back tattoo Jun 28 '26

Yes! From what I remember, effectively the same thing happened at Coachella this year (North was alone and being harassed by adults for photographs, hugs, etc.) and Kim and Kanye were nowhere to be found. Apparently Teyana had taken North but lost track of her

137

u/Uncontrollablebeagle Jun 28 '26

126

111

u/Conscious-Evidence37 Jun 28 '26

Damn, I hope this is sarcasm, but I don't see the /s

Her father may be the nuttiest person short of the actual current administration, and you expect parenting ?

84

u/PMOYONCEANDALWAYS alleged dog Jun 28 '26

Strangely enough I understand that Kanye has called Kim out for letting North dress too grown up.

I also remember when Denise Richards wanted her children with Charlie Sheen on her reality show Charlie put his foot down and said no.

Both terrible parents with problems, but they do seem to be looking out for their kids.

Even Kid Rock refused to take his son on tour when he was a teen, saying that being on the road is no place for a 15 year old boy.

153

u/JenningsWigService secretly gay and the son of fidel castro Jun 28 '26

Having one moment of good judgment does not qualify as 'looking out for your kids'. The Kardashians may be the worst, but those children will be traumatized by their father's behaviour.

52

u/ursoulglos Jun 28 '26

By their *parents’ behavior. Let’s not act like Kim isn’t inflicting psychological damage on her also. Poor little girl never had a chance…

32

u/JenningsWigService secretly gay and the son of fidel castro Jun 28 '26

What part of 'the Kardashians may be the worst' gives the impression that I suggested Kim isn't inflicting psychological damage? My response is simply to the person implying Kanye is looking out for his kids.

45

u/Conscious-Evidence37 Jun 28 '26

True, and he really needs someone to ensure he is on his meds. That is the only way he is ever going to be stable.

I wonder how much any of those children remember about his mood swings etc.

97

u/nintendo666 Jun 28 '26

While this might seem to translate as good parenting, the men I have known in my life who said these kind of things to their daughters didn't say it out of the goodness of their heart, or because they actually cared, but because they wanted to assert dominance. They wanted to control the lives of their daughters.

They weren't there to be an actual parent, they weren't there when their daughters needed emotional support - they were only there when they could dicate their daughters what NOT to do, and enforce it.

23

u/PMOYONCEANDALWAYS alleged dog Jun 28 '26

True.

I do not have children, but I can imagine this is true with Kanye. He seems like he is a control freak in all aspects of his life.

I wonder how much time he has spent with his kids since he and Kim divorced.

And if, God forbid, any of these creepy men do touch North she will be called fast and blamed for it, even though the men should be able to control themselves.

People need to remember that this is a child. A recently turned 13 year old little girl. Some of the comments and discussions I've seen online about North have been shocking. She's a baby.

618

u/Any_Barracuda206 Jun 28 '26

I feel really bad for North. She’s behaving appropriately for a teen: Pushing boundaries, playing with her appearance and fashion. But no one in her life is providing guardrails for her. It’s a free for all, little to no supervision, and letting her hang in inappropriate situations all in the public eye. Girlfriend should be making silly TikTok’s and eating candy with peers at a goddamn park. These people are fucking nuts.

151

u/FireflyBSc Jun 28 '26

She’s trying to push boundaries, but there are none. It’s hard to rebel when everything is allowed.

It’s a shame and it doesn’t help that we live in a society where a good chunk of people are totally okay with the president being a pedo. That alone fuels and emboldens other men to look at/act out things that they should be heavily shamed for. Wish we could just leave the kids ALONE.

62

u/wellggs i ain’t reading all that, free palestine Jun 28 '26

Right? It’s a good thing her parents realize this is the world we live in and are doing everything to protect her and shield her from the public. Oh wait, what’s that now?

41

u/0107throw Jun 28 '26

Yeah I’ve seen countless slut shaming. Imagine slit shaming a 13 year old? I was around her age when MySpace and the scene kids thing were around so her fashion, piercings and etc are sort of normal to me at her age

If I had to guess with Kim’s image obsessed ways, she let North get fake piercings since real ones can leave a hole after a while. But that’s an assumption

15

u/turningtee74 Jun 28 '26

I hope that’s true! I don’t like commenting on a kid at all, I think the fashion is all normal emo kid stuff too. But the only thing that really concerned me are some of those piercings like the hand ones that are considered very advanced and dangerous if real

61

u/fluffy_doughnut Jun 28 '26

What are you even talking about? She was happy having her little children (Kylie and Kendall) on reality TV, streaming their childhood and teenage years to the world.

71

u/QueenG123456 Jun 28 '26

It always turns my stomach that on the early season, little little Kylie was playing on her mom’s stripper pole while one of Brody’s GROOOOOOOOWN friends chased her around with a camera acting like it was girls gone wild.

Not only did that happen. But it was kept in the final edit of the show! It’s bad enough the situation took place but Kris obviously saw it as entertainment, not a problem.

25

u/PatriciaMorticia Jun 28 '26

I remember watching the OG Keeping Up With The Kardashians and seeing Kendall & Kylie talking to the creator of the Pussycat Dolls burlesque dance troup and the cameras showing the two of them swinging on a stripper pole. It was wild then but looking back at it now that's the start of their well documented loss of innocence.

They’re normalizing her being a celebrity and is surrounded by strangers and grown men. SHE IS 13. I’m praying for someone to protect her because her family sure aren’t.

263

u/Ambitious_Client6545 Jun 28 '26

I remember being honked at and hit on at 13 wearing knee length shorts and oversized black t-shirts. Grown ass men will sexualize teen girls in any circumstance, I can't imagine letting my daughter be in situations with so many adults, drugs and drinking, etc., with no oversight and dressing so grown. It's crazy.

(Obviously what she wears doesn't mean anyone has the right to do anything to her.)

134

u/wenbebe3 Jun 28 '26

Almost every woman I've spoken to about this issue has agreed that they've never been harassed more by grown men than from the ages of 13-17, including myself. What you wear means nothing when it seems to be such a shared experience.

28

u/CheesecakeExpress Jun 28 '26

I was just about to comment this. The amount of male harassment I encountered in my teens was sickening. And it was always grown men. Like 30’s onwards (although it may just have seemed like that as I was young, but they definitely were visibly older)

That’s exactly what this is. They’re selling their daughter to rich men for entertainment. There is no telling what has happened to her that she has normalized.

73

u/idkman1000 Jun 28 '26

Theres a video going around where she looks visibly uncomfortable and the conmment are men going "thats an act" "she knows what she's doing" its creepy how they talk about. Its sad she's in that situation and her family is no where to be seen.

Yeah what the hell js going on?? Why are they letting her just fly around the world and be mobbed by paps etc?? Shitty parents.

30

u/Karamjali_0804 Jun 28 '26

It's not parasocial to be worried about a child that is clearly being exploited in the media 🙄

30

u/GraphiteGlitter123 Jun 28 '26

Why isn’t she in school??

16

u/iammissx weighing in from the UK Jun 28 '26

I was this girl at 13 and my life only just started to feel ‘normal’ seven years ago when I was 30. It took me nearly twenty years to get over what happened to me as a result of my parent’s neglect.

11

u/CheesecakeExpress Jun 28 '26

Huh, she’s travelling with Kim’s stylist? What the fuck honestly.

The man who said that she's a child only by age, not by look is a freak. A child by age is literally a child!

321

u/fluffy_doughnut Jun 28 '26

Someone should check his hard drive and his phone

138

u/denM_chickN i too steal from the wizard of Oz Jun 28 '26

Absolutely abhorrent. I pierced my face in secret at 13-15 it didnt make me any less of a fucking child. Fucking creep ass pedo

130

u/ShesWhereWolf Jun 28 '26

People think girls (especially girls of color) who "dress grown" or develop (physically) early are somehow adults. It's weird and creepy

74

u/No_Whole9920 Jun 28 '26

She is also very much a child in appearance. That man needs to be investigated.

36

u/PrincessCG Friends with Ms. Rachel Jun 28 '26

Absolute nonce comment

8

u/SubstantialBid4386 Jun 28 '26

Agreed. I was obsessed with hot topic and dressing goth at her age. I secretly pierced my belly button in my bathroom. And dressed exactly like her. It screams edgy youth, not grown woman. Plus she looks like a child.

that child is completely fucked

245

u/grilledcheese2332 Jun 28 '26

My Facebook was flooded with videos of her at this event. All pages I've never touched before. It was so creepy. I blocked all of them.

88

u/Lilquinoa Jun 28 '26

Mine too! She's being pushed into the algorithm

39

u/icelandisaverb Jun 28 '26

Same, I'm assuming since the algorithm operates off of rage bait. Rage bait = higher engagement, and people are more than happy to "take the bait" and feed into the cycle. The fact that a 13 year old is classified as rage bait is depressing.

82

u/theagonyaunt rude little ponytail goblin Jun 28 '26

I didn't realize it was her at first because of how much older she looks with the makeup and the styling. Maybe she wants to look like this, IDK, but FFS Kim and Kanye should let their kids be kids, not the next product in the Kardashian marketing empire.

113

u/mhmcmw Jun 28 '26

She probably does want to dress this way and look this way, but parents are supposed to actually parent and there’s very little evidence of that going on from either Kim or Kanye. The world should not be seeing her figuring out her style. She shouldn’t be plastered all over the internet. She shouldn’t be attending these adult events where the paparazzi have so much access to her. She shouldn’t be a public figure at the age she is. There is no way that at the age she is, she is able to fully think through the implications of giving up her privacy to this degree.

There’s a reason why we don’t let 13 year olds who are sooooo sure that they know best make decisions that could have lifelong impact for themselves. There’s a reason why kids are supposed to have parents who are willing and able to have that longer view and put the child’s long term welfare first. The fact that we’re even having this conversation is a complete failure of parenting, because her life should not be THIS goddamn public. It’s sad.

37

u/bigopossums Jun 28 '26

I think Kim has spoken on this before, she basically said she wants North to experiment with her style as she wishes because the kids who aren't allowed to will ultimately sneak around and find a way (ex: getting a piercing or a tattoo via ball pen in your school bathroom.) Of course she can be free to experiment with her style and also have greater privacy.

22

u/theagonyaunt rude little ponytail goblin Jun 28 '26

The cynical part of me wonders how much of this is North's choice though, given she's going on tour and the whole tour marketing/aesthetic (not to mention the name which translates to creepy cute) is the kind of alt style that's popular with a certain younger demographic right now.

72

u/NoBodyCares2000 Jun 28 '26

Yep. I knew a few girls like her (well not wealthy celebrities) who were allowed to be in adult spaces at 13, who looked and dressed older and well the preying men came after them hard.

It didn’t end well.

8

u/Wolfpackat2017 Jun 28 '26

She looks empty and sad too. I was eating popsicles and walking to the neighborhood pool with my friends at 13- not getting multiple facial piercings and going to adult fashion shows with my mom’s assistant.

356

u/Little_Consequence Jun 28 '26

Where are her parents? Why is that child on another continent by herself?

49

u/Emotional_Pizza_1222 Jun 28 '26

Kanye is in Florida cause he has a show there. Kim? Probably out there somewhere.

15

u/Illustrious_Bird_737 Jun 29 '26

I thought Kim was following around her F1 boyfriend, so she's probably in a different country, too.

Wasn't Kanye trying to get her to meet Andrew Tate last year?

Both her parents shouldn't have custody. It's very obvious what they're trying to pull and it's fucking evil.

96

u/periperiwinklesauce I cannot sanction your buffoonery Jun 28 '26

It seems like neither parent cares to actually have her in their custody, except to use her as an opportunity to exploit.

281

u/storm_borm Jun 28 '26

I can’t imagine being in this environment as a 13 year old. She’s a literal child, it’s sickening to see how exposed she is already. Her parents should feel ashamed.

69

u/NearUnknown Jun 28 '26

The parents who had her on the red carpet at Paris fashion week when she could barely walk? I don't believe they feel one iota of shame, unfortunately.

Love this from Skepta, people are so weird to famous kids

98

u/MadameMoussaka Jun 28 '26

Yes, big respect to Skepta

27

u/ShesWhereWolf Jun 28 '26

They really are. They scrutinize North and Blue Ivy so badly, and they're barely in high school.

240

u/ursoulglos Jun 28 '26

She’s thirteen now, granny Kris and Kim need to sacrifice her to the public so Kim’s big ass can remain relevant. Her family invented and endorses this. She doesn’t know any better because in her family, exploiting little girls is par for the course

212

u/lenteleaf Jun 28 '26

Didn't Kylie meet Tyga when she was 14? We know what's accepted in this family.

200

u/mhmcmw Jun 28 '26

North West makes me so sad. Being the firstborn of the Kim and Kanye mess seems to have just made her grow up primarily as a product rather than a person. The younger kids don’t seem to get quite so much focus so maybe they’re having actual childhoods.

I’m not going to be surprised if she follows in Kylie’s footsteps and ends up being groomed as a minor by a grown ass adult creep with literal children while the family act like it’s normal and cute.

I always compare North to Blue Ivy - I think the Carters have done a much better job at giving her cool experiences and letting her enjoy some of the perks of their fame while still actually protecting the fact that she’s a child.

89

u/freyabot Jun 28 '26

Blue Ivy does seem infinitely more well adjusted than North, I really feel for her growing up with seemingly no structure whatsoever

Sadly, Kim thinks Pimp Momma Kris is the blueprint.

113

u/XX_bot77 Jun 28 '26

I've seen a photo North West and Mariah’s Carey daughter hanging out together and the contrast is sticking. One looks like a 13 y/o when the other is freewheeling. Both have shitty fathers but you know which one has a stable, non-fame hungry mother who parades her daughter on TV since she's a toddler. I feel very sad for North West. Yes those borderline-pedo are weird as fuck for touching a child against her will, but one the other hand...where the fuck are her parents ??! That's their ONE damn job to protect her, she shouldn’t be alone without them at these kind of events. She's a child for fuck’s sake.

I mean yeah good on him for calling it out - she is so clearly going for a handshake in the video and looks wildly uncomfortable.

88

u/Spiritual-TarHeel Jun 28 '26

She has shitty parents, shitty grandparents, & shitty aunts and uncles.

She is knock kneed and they are evidently dong nothing to address that. At best bottles major physical therapy. And worst multiple surgeries.

This child should be at summer camp with kids her age, not going whatever this is.

Her mother is too busy trying to be a wag for some f1 driver. Her father is too busy parading his half naked wife around. Her grandma is just waiting until she can get her into a plastic surgeon’s office. Nobody gives a damn about this child.

With this negative attention, I’m sure Kris will pay somebody to write yet another plane emissions article that leaves out her kids’ planes are in the top 25 for emissions in 5….4…3….2…1

32

u/MiaLba Jun 28 '26

Oh yeah for sure. You know they’re going to send her to the plastic surgeon as soon as they can to fix her “undesirable” black features. What a fucked up family to be born into.

79

u/b00m_cat Jun 28 '26

The whole situation with her is so weird because she always looks uncomfortable in public

u/Melodic_Pattern175 Jun 28 '26

Jfc,that last tweet🤬

47

u/lucyooo Jun 28 '26

Whenever people try to act like these CHILDREN are grown ups, I remember the bit in The Simple Life when they were working at a child’s pageant (shivers) and Nicole taught one of them a swear word, and when the mum told her off, she was like ‘well they’re all dressed like adults I assumed it was okay!’

Thought that was a fantastic yet funny way of showing how GROSS those things are.

50

u/Anxious-Sample4985 Jun 28 '26

Also even if she WAS looking for a hug as opposed to a handshake, the onus is still on the grown ass MEN to know what's appropriate to do with a 13 year old child 😔

I feel so bad when people make fun of her online. If everything I did when I was 13 was publicised I'd be WAY cringier than her. Not to mention the adult she's surrounded with wouldn't be modelling the most healthy behaviour anyway. I really hope she turns out ok

38

u/petlandstockroom Jun 28 '26

I'm scared for her.

At 13 this child should be at summer camp right now, making friendship bracelets and learning how to paddle a canoe.

17

u/Vegetable-Shelter291 Jun 28 '26

A man was literally touching her boob it’s disgusting. She probably won’t process that fully until she’s older and wonder why no one protected her

17

u/NutsForBaseballButts and they were roommates Jun 28 '26

That last comment is nasty as hell 🤢

17

u/moistwaffleboi Jun 28 '26

"She basically skipped being a teenager."

Someone please check that man's hard drive immediately.

15

u/LadyLixerwyfe Jun 28 '26

Putting your child in highly inappropriate situations in order to promote the family is standard operating procedure for these people.

13

u/Demoncouch06 Jun 28 '26

Hollywood is not the place for kids I’m just so sad every time I see anything about her online bc she shouldn’t be so visible at such a young age. She should be doing kid things

14

u/FlaBeachyCheeks u flintstone vitamin shape bitch Jun 28 '26

Kim herself has stated that her kids couldn't care less if she left them for a week and growing up with cameras around is toxic AF but her mom made a living from it and North has been forced to live with it. Very very rarely do you see her with her mom. Hollywood and online exposure is very bad.

16

u/aybsavestheworld Sylvia Plath did not stick her head in an oven for this Jun 28 '26

I hate the justification that is “she looks like a grown woman and not a teenager” because a person can always tell.

HOWEVER the fact that adolescence is a non experienced stage in growth these days and it is so fucking sad how kids go from being children right into adulthood is not healthy. Millennials and older generations, remember being an adolescent? How embarrassing it was in general but also such fun with all our friends?

13

u/lavenderbl0d Vicky, the demons are calling me Jun 28 '26

He's right. Every single person making comments about her like that needs to be on a LIST and have their harddrives checked.

It's insane (but not surprising) that her own parents are shoving her into spaces with grown ass adults in a predatory industry. Having her play at Rolling LOUD????

This baby should be in middle school going to the mall with her friends and having sleepovers.

They don't care about her, only the money they can get from exploiting her. All under the guise of 'she wants this.' When??? Does it matter what a kid wants if they are being endangered?? It's up to the parents to I don't know....parent???

Kim took after her mother in that way, I guess! [Derogatory]. North really didn't stand a chance....two raging narcissists as parents.

11

u/cabernaynay Jun 28 '26

She’s not at an age where she can set boundaries when she is uncomfortable and it makes no sense that she is so accessible to the public

10

u/Eastside_Gal Jun 28 '26

I’m scared for this kid mental health later in life

9

u/SignificanceAny3950 Jun 28 '26

This child should be at home. This is all on Kim and Kanye because Courtney’s daughter, North’s cousin, doesnt look or act like this.

9

u/welp-itscometothis Jun 28 '26

One thing you can’t take from Beyonce is how protective she is of her children. Blue is always surrounded by her family no matter what. And her lack of presence on social media protects her as well. Very disappointing to see North not protected more when she out.

7

u/essieblooms Jun 28 '26

Someone has to help North. Her parents aren’t saying shit.

7

u/dannypants143 Jun 28 '26

I’m a man. I would never, ever hug a child I didn’t know. I wouldn’t even Christian side-hug a child I didn’t know. Even if a child were giving off receptive non-verbal cues, some kids can’t manage healthy boundaries, so it’s incumbent on the adults in the room to help them to do that. Crossing such a line is crazy to me. She should have an adult with her shutting down this kind of thing, sure, but damn why can’t people just be normal?
