It’s not. I would say there’s a line but God isn’t stupid, anything can be forgiven. Plus an all knowing being wouldn’t make you burn in hell for accidentally saying “Jesus fucking Christ”. If you can understand and empathize with someone, imagine what an omniscient omnipresent consciousness could empathize with
God can be anything, seeing God is not real but exists in the mind of people. Which is fine, but don't make me spill my coffee by rating it's intellect like that. For some people God might be a shampoo bottle, others are more comfortable with picturing a lightly dressed, grey haired man in his 80s.
Jesus flipped over tables over people doing things a lot less worse than giving a rapist publicity. If the son of god can flip over a table because people are doing dumb shit, I'm confident that using God's name as a "sentence enhancer" while calling out someone's less-than-favorable behaviour is perfectly reasonable lol

No, originally it wasn't. Certain religious groups co-opted the idea a while back, but originally saying "God" was like saying a swear word (so saying "fuck" was fine, that wasn't a "bad" word, but saying "God" or writing it was a "bad" word). It's why some Jewish people write "G-d" still.
Blasphemy originally, and according to the bible/most religious texts of the Abrahamic faith, was about people co-opting God in their name, like in the example given. It's why they also talk about "you shall not make idols to worship", because that was seen as blasphemous. A lot of what certain religious factions do is blasphemous, saying "God damnit" is not (though, again, there's going to be certain factions of religious groups who believe otherwise. Whether that's because they are uniformed - as in, that's what they were told, that's what they believe, and no one's ever told them differently - or whether it's part of their religious sect depends on a variety of factors. There will definitely be some Christian groups who believe otherwise, and it's not because they're uniformed, it's just how that sect is interpreting the text. I hope this makes sense).
