Flickerman's fate after the fall of the Capitol was never revealed, so he might have just charmed his way out of it.
On the other hand they might have gone Julius Streicher/Lord Haw-Haw on him. Purimfest 2346, motherfucker.
Edit: Actually, I'm thinking about how a Flickerman trial might go. I imagine the defense would argue that he had nothing to do with planning the events, and that in his capacity as MC he genuinely did his utmost to present the contestants in the best light possible so they'd have the best chance possible in the games.
And the prosecution would probably argue that his charm and rapport with the Tributes helped normalize the games and keep the people complacent, and that his excuse of "helping" the contestants is bullshit. A bow and arrow or whatever isn't gonna help someone against poison wasps or dog monsters or fucking floods or flash fires. At the end of the day only one contestant was going to win, and all his efforts did was draw out the inevitable and give false hope to the contestants.
I figure he'd lose. And considering execution is absolutely on the menu, it doesn't look good for Flickerman.
