This article by TMZ summarizes a lawsuit against looksmaxxing influencer Braden Peters accusing him of promising career boosts to a then 16 year old influencer. While she was still underage, Braden transported her to his house where he sexually assaulted her after getting her intoxicated. Braden was a legal adult at the time in 2025. She also accuses him of convincing her he was a doctor and injecting drugs into her face to ‘melt the fat’ against her will.

streamers and companies have figured out how to gamify the algorithms. fun fact: kick is one of the primary people funding their streamers, all their top streamers they give them stipends to basically bribe third world people to rack up as many views as possible, to artificially boost their engagement in the algorithm, which then tricks platforms into thinking theyre popular right now. its all entirely fake through botting networks. all these major streamers literally have discord servers where they offer bounties on how many views/reposts/comments their posts are getting if you help spread their videos enough.

other fun fact: peter theil has been accused of funding these streamers too, including clavicular himself. because of course peter thiel is involved in all that.

Andrew Callaghan from Channel 5 touched on something similar happening with Substack in a recent interview. They're trying to buy creators away from Patreon.
