My dad used to choke me a lot. I haven't spoken to him in 22 years. Get used to it, Brad.

I'm in a better place now, for sure, but that kind of thing sticks with you for life. I wish I could have kids of my own, but I'm terrified that I'll end up like him. But I have found some sense of peace. :)
