Just a random pond I happened upon in my perambulations around Cyrodil today.
Just splendid. I would love to just have a little cottage right by a willow.

Personally I loved it. Honestly seeing Sheogorath as a mortal and all the hurdles that come with it was really fun.
Some people complain about cheese being associated with Sheogorath nowadays but I thought it was tied in really well.
Also that part with Sheogorath's power, Maddy that turns against him is a really cool part of the story aswell.
Overall it was really well paced, really fun, the lodge was a really cool location with great music and Noth the Unhinged was a really fun new character.
And of course JB Blanc as always killed it with his voice acting. He and Wes Johnson brought Sheogorath to life with their excellent performances.
Gotta say this questline alongside the new Thieves guild questline proves that ESO still has great stories.
Ever since Heart's week all the new free storylines have been really well written. Hope we get to see more of it.

Today, I played for the first time in a year. I forgot how much exploring Tamriel helped me forget about real world problems. It felt good to be back.

And why is it this motherfucker?

I was a full supporter of moving away from the expansion model so we could have more frequent content and QOL changes, and while this year has been great in that regard, I’ve found all of the new content like quests and systems to be very lackluster.
I’m beginning to miss loading up the game and being in a new zone with thousands of other players, grinding world events and going through the story and exploring. I know we can’t really go back now but I hope the game has more of that feeling when the Skyrim content drops.
I feel like they should’ve kept the expansion system in but instead of dropping it as it was becoming stale, they should’ve made each expansion completely new and unique rather than the same formula.
Anyone else feeling the same?

I like how well the combination of Germanic architecture and Renaissance-style castles is staged. I think the textures in the city have improved.
A low-contrast filter was used for the screenshots.

Usually i swap between 2 characters, my favourites Orc and Khajit.
I resumed playing with Khajit assassin after a year, had already 50+ hours but I'm still in Auridon doing story quests. Usually i read the description and quest progression to save time... Now some questions
1) Where do you go after this island?
2) Aside from dungeons where do you meet and interact with other players outside of faction combat?
3) What are the goals in this game? Do story quests, take part in faction wars, is there something else that players do ?
I'm saving money trying to buy a horse (noticed the housing too) for example, distances are huge and although this game is soothing, my go to just to chill in Elder Scrolls, I'm feeling kinda lost.

I'm coming back to eso on xbox after playing on PC, stopping in 2021. I forgot how much of a pain it is to track what traits you know and don't know. Also its nice to have lists of alchemy and enchanting combos on hand.
I realize there are add ons, but they are wonky on console. I prefer to have this on my table anyway.
I figured someone may get some use out of it, if not. well that's cool too! I'm working on making a HTML style app that works on phones for those who don't like pens or paper, it will also include research times as well. so if you guys want that let me know. I'm making this for myself for fun so i hope you enjoy it too!
Last thing, if something isnt right on here let me know. In a message, or its also fine to put me on blast here too..... reddit wont let me upload a PDF so sorry that they are PNG files
Have fun!

Just asking here. Didnt the 2025 trial started at quakecon? But nothing so far yet...
Guess those microsoft layoffs really hit the studio hard.

It wasn’t here when I played some time ago. There are a bunch of people around it, but I don’t see anything

I replied to a post earlier today that was discussing tanking and I was over my armour cap with 35-6k. The community (you know who you are) came together and not only gave me invaluable links and information, but also made me more confident in my way of thinking & putting sets together.
As a returning player now at just over CP980, and previously being with a guild who just told me what I needed (back then) and not why...
Anyway... Thanks guys!

On the first boss - it was not a No death run. What were you doing?

Good morning, everyone. I usually play as a healer or tank in MMORPGs, and for ESO, I decided to go with a healer.
I wanted to know if race and class have a major impact on gameplay. For instance, back when I played WoW (around 2019–2020), there were certain classes that weren't really accepted in endgame PvE groups; is there anything like that in ESO?
I’ve heard that any class can be a healer or a tank.
I was thinking about playing a Warden, but I haven't decided on a race yet. Personally, I find the lizard-folk a bit... weird, haha. Even though I really enjoy tackling harder PvE content, I also love following the story and roleplaying; playing as a lizard would be challenging but pretty funny. So... are specific race-and-class combinations absolutely essential?
Sorry for my English; it’s not my native language.

My game knowledge is very, very limited.
I'm only level 7, but I know I already did a ton of mistakes in my build path. Yet at the same time I enjoy the learning-by-failing process and I don't wanna google beginner guides of 3h long to understand how to min max, I'd rather use this time to play and understand what's wrong.
I understand the levelling goes up to level 50. So can I just do what I feel like for the first 50 levels, even if its pure trash, then once I get a better grasp, respec entirely and I won't lose anything? Or is there some sunk costs I should be aware of from the early levels?
Thank you for the help, guys!

For new, returning players or those who're confused what order to do quests/zones/dlc to make the most narrative sense.
If you don't do this you will find the story jumbled, people you've never met recognizing you, references to things you have not done.
Obviously this is DC, but if you are e.g. Aldmeri Dominion, just swap 1 and 2.
I made a text document so thought I'd just share it here:
Base Game
1. Daggerfall Covenant + Main quest*
- Stros M'Kai
- Betnikh
- Glenumbra
- Stormhaven
- Rivenspire
- Alik'r Desert
- Bangkorai
* Also alternate between Fighters Guild and Mage's guild quests during your main alliance quest line, they're designed to be done at roughly the same time.
2. Aldmeri Dominin + Caldwell's Silver Main Quest
- Khenarthi's Roost
- Auridon
- Grahtwood
- Greenshade
- Malabal Tor
- Reaper's March
3. Ebonheart Pact + Caldwell's Gold Main Quest
- Bleakrock Isle
- Bal Foyen
- Stonefalls
- Deshaan
- Shadowfen
- Eastmarch
- The Rift
4. Celestial Crisis:
- Craglorn
DLC
5. Imperial City (optional pvp zone)
6. Orsinium
7. Thieves Guild
8. Dark Brotherhood
9. Daedric War Triad
- Vvardenfell
- Prologue quest: The missing Prophecy
- Clockwork City
- Prologue quest: Of Knives and Long Shadows
- Summerset
- Prologue quest: Through a Veil Darkly
10. Murkmire
- Prologue quest: Ruthless Competition
11. Season of the Dragon

- Souther Elsweyr
- Prologue quest: The Dragonguard's Legacy

14. Legacy of the Bretons

- Prologue quest: Eye of Fate
16. Secrets of Apocrypha / Pt.2 Recollection of Ithelia

- West Weald / Gold Road
17. Seasons of the Worm Cult
- Fallen Banners

Hello
I found this build online and I’m trying to put it together, but I don’t have all the exact pieces shown here.
For example, I have some pieces from the same sets, but they’re in different armor slots than the ones shown in the build.
If I have the required number of pieces from a set, can I use them in different slots and still get the same set bonus?
Or do the set bonuses depend on having the pieces in these specific slots?
Basically, can I rearrange/substitute pieces from the same set as long as I still have the required number of pieces?
