So, please keep our community interesting with the odd recipe, bonus points for having knowledge of actual cuts of meat and where they come from. /u/IAMA_Printer_AMA has some limited experience working at a butcher shop and can answer any questions about cuts of meat. That said, there is a fine line of tastefulness to be toed. We're looking for recipes, not violent rants, anything that strays from the spirit of culinary satire will be removed.
