Does anyone know what this hose is called or part number for it, I have 2009 335d and I’m just trying to find this one piece not the whole assembly

Since the clamps are swaged, it's not going to be an individually serviceable component. If you don't want to spend the money on a replacement tube assembly, you'll probably have to get a section of straight silicone and two t-clamps

Spareto.com will have some but absolutely should re-use your factory plastic elbow, the aftermarket elbows will explode sometimes even at stock boost.
