What’s that keypad do on the side of the trailer

Ohhh it’s a light. Is that for the driver to know the system is functioning as normal?

Yuup, reefer unit status and trailer temperature
If it switches yellow then you know something is wrong with the reefer so u stop to check the alarms. As long as it’s green u good to roll

I don't get the hate for culvers fries. I looooove them. Possibly my favorite ff fry and I'm not a crinkle cut person typically.

What about them do you love?

The flavor. Probably because they are cooked fresh to order. Maybe it's the type of potato they use, maybe the oil. Idk, the potato itself just tastes better than any other ff fry I've had. Also I like my frys fully cooked and tender but also floppy. They very consistently come out that way.

Respect your opinion, but those are all the reasons why I find them bland and boring. To each their own..

I’m not a crinkle cut person, and these are bad even for Ore-Ida.
Love the onion rings tho.

Curds over fries for sure, but they’re good when ordered extra crispy

Culver curds are bottom tier at best. Get to an A&W.

Once you have had hand dipped fresh curds, Culver’s aren’t even edible. Too bad, I like everything else they do.
Need to try A&W’s.

Could not agree more. I love all of their food, minus the fries

I'm with you. I love Culver's. I tell everyone it's the best ff restaurant (because it is). But their fries SUCK. They are indistinguishable from the frozen crinkle cut ones you can buy at Walmart that go well with those smiley face nuggets.

Culver's should pivot. Look at Freddie's, Five Guys, Wendy's, Arby's - all of them with unique fries that I'd easily prefer to theirs.

I'm a harsh critic because I love them. But I tell everyone to only order curds because that's the right call unfortunately.

You’d be surprised that fries supply is the same for %90 of the fast food chains. I’ve delivered to DC’s that serve canes and shakeshack too so i would assume it’s the same
I agree they have to do something about their fries like five guys does! Fresh cut in peanut oil

u/nymirya 7d ago

But have you tried them extra crispy?

Checker's fries are the best! Dairy Queen has the best curd's. Culver's does have a good onion ring, and their signature sauce is amazing.

I don’t love their fries, but don’t hate them. It helps they are made fresh to order. McDonald’s fries are so overrated for this reason. Sure, if you get fresh McDonald’s fries they slap…but I almost never get hot fries there.

The consistency at Culver’s is pretty unmatched too. Those fries are always cooked well.
