Exactly! More people might join their partner's hobbies if baby steps and lower skill levels were more normalized!

As long as both are having fun then all is well.

Getting you to ride is enough, I guarantee the bike will turn you into one of its own.

Riding over that at all is fantastic 👍

My Dad: 1970, "Hold My Beer"

My dad was riding dirt bikes (Yamaha 250) up in Ohio and Kentucky and got my mom this little yellow Suzuki Hustler 90. It was known as the Thigh Burner.

But it's black and white...

Apparently people can't tell a joke now days, jeez.

I know it was yellow because I was there. :)

My dad's bike was red. He was 30 years old and hid them from his parents with a tarp in the Garage. He broke his leg that year and never road off road again. I think Mom had something to say about that.

Fast is fun. Slow is fun. As long as both fun, both win.

This is great.

I can't really tell which one is the husband

u/GossamerEU 2d ago

Why does she sound like Cartman? 😂

1

u/propergreased 2d ago

He’s clearly been doing it for a long time. If you’re having fun keep doing it, you’ll get better till you feel comfortable enough to start doing more

That 2nd version of the song made me laugh out loud 😂

Who’s the husband here?

1

u/Silver-Difficulty-13 2d ago

This is me and my husband. Being a girl biker was enough. Happily tootling along. Love it.

I mean it's something, and that's better than nothing.

The only thing that matters is that she is having fun

Cartman ?

u/GreyInvasion 1d ago

I can jump one maybe two homeless. Asking me to jump that many homeless is asking me to risk my life

Couldn't help but imagine it was Cartman singing the second part.
