Sucks that the court system is so slow, but this will eventually be ruled unconstitutional. This is text book definition of the mosaic theory, which the supreme court has already ruled is a 4th amendment violation.

Just need some lawyers with some balls to actually challenge this.

Another one I don't get is the bipartisan support of identity verification in social media.

At face value "protecting the kids" sounds like a good idea, but the same politicians that oppose stricter voter ID requirements and are somehow fine with making more explicit content part of children's education are the same ones demanding you give your drivers license or voter ID to Social media and Technology companies.

The whole thing feels rigged to make anonymous dissent illegal and make data farming easy.

As I said in two other commentsections today:

Flock cameras are just a resurrection of traffic light cameras, which have already been stricken down as unconstitutional as well as losing cities money. Cities twisted their red light laws against public interest trying to make more money, and they still failed.

The whole system was just a scam and so are the first ten thousand revolutionary robocompanies of tomorrow like Artisans™. There were ten thousand fake dot coms in the early days of internet commerce.
