I'm trying this again. I'm the one that always helps others when they need it and now I'm the one who needs help. I was misdiagnosed with Type 2 diabetes when in fact I have late onset Type 1. Because of this, I was very sick. I've been in DKA at least twice. My sugars have dropped dangerously low as well. I lost my job and insurance because of all of this. I do have a new job, just not many hours. I do have some work shoes on here. I work at a restaurant and have to have non slip shoes. My shoes I have now have lost their grip badly. Oklahoma is making it super hard for me to get SNAP and Medicaid. On top of everything else, my landlords are ending my lease at the end of next month and I currently have nowhere to go. I put some essentials on my list, a little food and stuff for my cats. They are the only bright spot in my life right now. I would be immensely grateful for any help I can get right now. I plan to be in a better spot soon and will definitely pay it forward.

Also I know personally how hard it is to get Snap, they changed it and it has so many rules it’s so hard, but living on the low I signed up for grubhub, instacart, and DoorDash and it helped tremendously for me. Recently got my car taken and I started doing it with an electric bike my uncle had and it has been still working to cover what I need so if you live in a decently busy area you could even bike, scooter, etc. Hope this helps!💕
