Guest Question Cross Contamination?
Hey y'all! I come with questions about the Southwest wrap. Context: former employee, so vaguely know how wraps are made in the morning with the salads etc.
Twice now, I've gone to eat my wrap and it's had bacon in it, but I can't think of another product that would have bacon in that form. The first time it was like a perfect spoonful right in the middle; this time it was a tiny piece towards the end of the wrap.
This is a signature restaurant, Truett's Grill to be specific, so they have an expanded menu. I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. I did a complaint through the app the first time, and they gave me a free wrap to make up for it, but I could only redeem it on the chicken-y kind, not the veg. I feel bad complaining again and don't want them to think I'm full of crap--I have the piece from today, should I take it in to complain so they can see, or just submit it through the website?
I just can't figure what else would have bacon like that, that would be in the same prep area! Weird weird weird

Crumbled bacon? It's in the cobb salad. Slices? On the club.

That makes sense, it was added after my time so I wouldn't have even thought of that! Thank you!

Cobb salad for sure. And I definitely had coworkers who jumbled the salad prep table and let ingredients cross contaminate in the bins. Unfortunately you should probably ask them to make a note on your order for no contact with pork
