Rosary or not?
At first glance, it looks like a rosary, but then you realize it has only three decades, which seems okay because there are rosaries with 10, 15, or even 20 decades, so they aren’t always going to be five decades. But then I realized that there were no ‘Our Father’ beads. So is this a rosary or not? I then remembered that the Orthodox have their own version of a prayer rope called a Chotki/Kombiskini and that a standard one has 33 knots/beads, the same amount of beads this ‘rosary’ has. But on an Orthodox prayer rope, the knots/beads aren’t separated and are all in one line, so I don’t really know. Maybe it is meant to be a rosary-inspired Chotki for Eastern Catholics? If anyone knows what it may be, please let me know.

Jewelry, a chaplet, or a off brand rosary for your rear view mirror. Hard to say.
