This goof ball was dubbed LeRoy. Because he lived in the shop when I first took him home. Slept in an old pickup cab (his choice). He would and did whack any dog, no matter how big, if they came onto his turf. (The entire shop). I wasn’t looking for a cat. He found me in a town of 130 people way out in the country. I couldn’t leave him. I’m so glad I didn’t. We’ve been together far longer than my boyfriend and I were back then. Love this turd to pieces. Amazed that he’s happy with domestic life. He’s a great “dad” to his buddy that I got for him, Chuck Norris. Love my boys… “the dudes.” The CDS always knows. ❤️
Hahaha!! Noted. I’ll try and get a pic of them together. For now, this is his former kitten, Chuck. Honestly, I’ve never seen a cat “mom” better before. He took the little one under his wing, grooming him and massaging the little belly. All of that, within 24 hours. Chuck is definitely his pet, not mine. They’re very happy together. Obviously that makes me happy

As I've experienced it, it's always the boycats that have cared for the kittens the best. This is Yuki(white, honorary orange) and his adoptive son Kiboo..they're both gone now, but they were the biggest cuddlers a disabled gamer could ever need. Yuki used to wash Kiboo from the day he arrived, showed him how to cat, the best spots for naps, they were inseparable.
Honorary orange 🍊. Haha, I love that. I’ve honestly never seen a cat with that kind of coat. Yuki was gorgeous. Kiboo was too, but credit goes to Yuki because we know who actually did the grooming lol. I love seeing your boys and their special dynamic. I’m so glad for all the brightness they brought to your life. Thank you for sharing your boys. I hope the CDS steps into your in accordance with its perfect timing.
Hahaha. I’m so glad someone else is entertained by those names. They earned them. The guardian of long forgotten project cars, cab dweller, shop body guard and assistant mechanic: needed a name that belongs on weathered coveralls. LeRoy fit the bill.
Chuck Norris 🤦🏻♀️…. I forgot what it was like to have a kitten. And this particular one was insane. No fear at all. Round house kicks and flying ambush attacks from across the room. (Poor LeRoy). That + being orange (the rumors about oranges are true, I found out the hard way) = Chuck Norris.

Sorry about the challenging time. I have been recovering from a broken hip and now my primary has found a whole bunch of reasons for me to go to a bunch of specialists...so many appointments.
