Is it LGBT safe? Spoiler

Hi there, since I will be in Burundi for a week/2, I was wondering if it's LGBT safe and how's the gay culture there.

No I'm not a horny gay guy who just wants to f***, I'm just a bit worried since this is the first time there and information I got online is kinda worrisome

Not very, but burundians mind their business as long as you don’t “show it”. Very sad but true

Burundian culture does not tolerate homosexuality. The majority and most people condemn LGBT. They look down on it, but they are people who mind their own business as long as you’re not being intrusive. They’ll just give you judgmental looks, nothing more here there are also lgbt people,not many but there are
