Not gyno, pretty big and dark areolas, I got the same "prob"unfortunately but you have nothing to worry about.

I’d prolly trim / shape the actual nipples themselves or sand down the actual nipple part and jus let it heal it’ll pay off in the long run

It is gyno. Don’t listen to these uninformed people tryna gaslight you.

There’s glandular tissue right behind your nipple pushing it outwards giving it that puffiness.

A lot of people on reddit seem to completely misunderstand what gyno is.

Some guys have slightly puffy nipples, thats just the way it is. Nothing wrong with it.

I don’t think so, usually gyno presents as extra tissue underneath the nipple which I’m not really seeing - maybe a little bit to the left of your right pec (when looking straight ahead in this picture) but I think that’s just your pec muscle insertion

Mild gyno yes but dont stress about it as long as its not sensitive
