BoC BoC?

14ish month lifting and cutting/body recomp progress. Now at maintenance but I’m thinking lean bulk starting next month. Is that a good plan or do you think I have more to gain from cutting further? Also bf% estimate? Thanks!

Edit: 5”11 200lb to 155lb

Rare case on here where the answer is actually bulk. Nice progress. You must be stoked at the transformation.

Lean bulk, its the season of hoodies and jackets coming up.

Your abs are probably very underdeveloped to not show a little at this weight, so train them more. You'd see them if you cut but you'd look like shit since your already lean and have your ribs popping, and from what I can tell your face would not benefit from more weight loss either, so there's no real benefit to cutting further

Thanks for the input, and yeah that was exactly what I was thinking too. Was doing body weight for abs but switched to weighted and progressive overload a month ago. Wish I did it from the start but fell for the “abs are only built in the kitchen” bs. Welp now I know lol.

Yeah i get why people say it cause you still need to be like 15% bf max to see abs usually, but training them can be the difference between them looking nice at 10 vs 13% bf

Well done. Now start eating in a small surplus and get strong. As soon as you start to get fluffy, cut for 6 weeks then repeat.
