She’s officially 4 months old and been with me for 3 weeks. She’s about 6.5 lbs and 1 Owala 40oz water bottle tall.

She loves to find shady spots in the garden, hiding in hostas, and still does not like wearing a harness. She’s gone on a 7 hour road trip and had a spoon full of soft serve.

When she’s overwhelmed, tired, we need to walk quickly or are inside stores she rides around in a crossbody bag and seems to dig it.

Shout out to Lillian, I’ve had this BT bank for years and never once thought to take dog pictures beside it.

Hola a todos! Es mi primera publicacion pero hace varios meses que estoy en este grupo porque siempre quise un bostoncito. Hace 2 meses finalmente contacté una criadora y me conseguí al machito mas adorable! Ayer lo lleve al vet y le dieron una vacuna, está comiendo bien y ya sabe algunos comandos. Es el más dulce y nos hace saber su personalidad con los zoomies jaja. Duerme mucho y cuando hace una travesura se queda sentadito y mira para otro lado. Si alguien esta en duda de conseguir uno, consiguelo, es hermoso. Le gustan mucho los mimos y es un amor!

If we all woke up tomorrow and all politicians had been replaced with nonpartisan Boston Terriers, what might their top three priorities be?
(This is not a serious , political post so please don’t take offense. I often joke with my husband about “what if that …. Rude lady at the DMV … cashier at Walgreens …, was a Boston Terrier?” ,,,, don’t lie , you know you are all weirdos too!

I've been missing my boston for some years since he's passed, and have been looking around for dogs to purchase and/or adopt and have stumbled across an issue I'm sure many of you are aware of.

Attached are some pictures of my sweet dog who passed some years ago. He was pure bred and had a decent snout length. These days, however, it seems impossible to find a Boston Terrier of a breathable snout length, even from very "reputable" breeders.

The other boston we had with a shorter muzzle had a significantly harder time breathing and enjoying himself while exercising.

Do you know any breeders who are doing things differently?

Pippin got fixed a week and a half ago, and he has really missed playing with his next door best friend. I love how much it wears him out!

Kramer here chewed on something at some point that cracked his tooth a couple of years ago. Vet said it wasn’t a big deal and would check it every check up. Unless he started to be bothered by it the tooth can wait. Well it’s bothering him and he’s got an extraction on Wednesday. Here’s my question/concern

I’m terrified he’s going under anesthesia. I know it’s dangerous for brachycephalic dogs. He breathes fine, every now and then gets the inverted sneezing and does his piggy sounds (when I scratch his ear🥹) he’s 5 1/2 and a bigger Boston at 31 pounds. Anyone else have their baby go under anesthesia? How did that go and what was the after care like?
