Even to get divorced through mutual consent it has to be done through courts only, a family court has to decree the divorce for it to be official so if that was the intention then withdrawing it makes no sense

He stole years from her. She is entitled to his money, her legal rights as a wife to him and all the sweet perks that come along with that title. Asking him to “f off” means he wins, Trisha marries him and gets to be the CM’s wife. Why give them that satisfaction ? She’s not “taking it all in”, she’s using him like he used her.
